شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات والإنشاءات، تبحث عن مدير لوجستي أول (Senior Logistics Manager) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات مع مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية وبنية تحتية مرتبطة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية لوجستية شاملة للبرنامج تشمل التصنيع والنقل والتخزين وتركيب الوحدات النمطية كبيرة الحجم والهياكل الجاهزة والكبائن الإنشائية في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
- تخطيط وإدارة دورة الحياة اللوجستية الكاملة بدءاً من مرافق التصنيع خارج الموقع وصولاً إلى التجميع النهائي في الموقع، مع ضمان التكامل السلس مع معالم البرنامج وجدولة الإنشاءات.
- الإشراف على نقل الأحمال كبيرة الحجم والثقيلة وغير التقليدية، بما في ذلك دراسات الطرق وتصاريح النقل والنقل البحري (حسب الاقتضاء) ومتطلبات المرافقة والموافقات التنظيمية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التصميم والهندسة والتصنيع والإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع لضمان جاهزية الوحدات وجداول التسليم وأنشطة التركيب بما يتوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- إنشاء وإدارة المراكز اللوجستية ومناطق التخزين المؤقتة وساحات التخزين ومناطق التجميع، مع ضمان عمليات مناولة المواد وتجميع الوحدات بأمان وكفاءة.
- الإشراف على جميع أنشطة تخطيط الرفع الثقيل والنقل الحرج، والعمل مع المقاولين المتخصصين لتطوير دراسات الرفع ومنهجيات النقل وخطط التنفيذ.
- مراقبة الأداء اللوجستي من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ولوحات البيانات وعمليات إعداد التقارير، وتحديد المخاطر والاختناقات وفرص تحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية وضمان البرنامج.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير المشروع اللوجستية وخطط إدارة المرور ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والالتزامات البيئية وجميع الموافقات التنظيمية المعمول بها، بالإضافة إلى التعامل مع المقاولين والجهات الرسمية ومقدمي خدمات النقل ومصنعي الوحدات وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لإدارة الواجهات وحل التحديات اللوجستية ودعم نجاح البرنامج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة قيادية واسعة في مجال اللوجستيات عبر برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى أو المشاريع الصناعية أو المشاريع العملاقة.
- سجل مثبت في تنفيذ مشاريع التصنيع النمطي والإنشاءات خارج الموقع على نطاق واسع.
- خبرة في مجال لوجستيات النقل الثقيل وعمليات الرفع وبيئات البرامج متعددة أصحاب المصلحة.

Delivers accurate and timely document control services, ensuring the efficient management, organisation and retrieval of project information. Coordinates the numbering, filing and distribution of electronic and hard-copy documentation produced by project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, supporting effective project delivery and governance.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage the development and implementation of the programme-wide logistics strategy for the manufacture, transportation, storage and installation of large-scale modular units, prefabricated structures, and construction pods across the project.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, from off-site fabrication facilities through to final assembly on site, ensuring seamless integration with programme milestones and construction sequencing.
- Oversee the movement of oversized, heavy, and abnormal loads, including route studies, transport permits, marine transport (where applicable), escort requirements, and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and project controls teams to ensure module readiness, delivery schedules, and installation activities are aligned with project objectives.
- Establish and manage logistics hubs, temporary storage areas, laydown yards, and assembly zones, ensuring safe and efficient material handling and module staging operations.
- Supervise all heavy-lift and critical transportation planning activities, working with specialist contractors to develop lift studies, transportation methodologies, and execution plans.
- Monitor logistics performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and programme certainty.
- Ensure compliance with project logistics standards, traffic management plans, health and safety requirements, environmental obligations, and all applicable regulatory approvals.
- Engage with contractors, authorities, transport providers, module fabricators, and key stakeholders to manage interfaces, resolve logistics challenges, and support successful programme delivery.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive logistics leadership across major infrastructure, industrial, or giga-project programmes.
- Proven delivery of modularization and off-site construction projects at scale.
- Expertise in heavy-haul logistics, lifting operations, and multi-stakeholder programme environments.
