المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط ومراجعة التصميم والتقييم الفني لأنظمة التبريد المركزي (DCPs) وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة الحرارية (TES) والمحطات الفرعية للطاقة (ETS) وشبكات المياه المبردة.
- مراجعة النمذجة الهيدروليكية للتبريد المركزي، وحجم المحطات، وتحليل الأحمال، واستراتيجيات تحسين استهلاك الطاقة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية المعمول بها ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة، ودعم تطوير المعايير الفنية والإرشادات والاستراتيجيات التشغيلية.
- تقييم حلول التبريد المركزية واللامركزية بناءً على الجدوى الفنية والتجارية.
- تنسيق واجهات النطاق بين أنظمة التبريد المركزي وشبكات المياه المبردة والمحطات الفرعية وأنظمة الطاقة والمرافق.
- المشاركة في المراجعات الفنية للتبريد المركزي وورش عمل الهندسة القيمية واجتماعات التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- مراجعة المخططات الرئيسية والمواصفات الفنية للتبريد المركزي.
- مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات التصميم المفاهيمي والأولي والتفصيلي ومستندات العطاءات (IFC).
- قيادة التقييمات الفنية وتحسين تصميم التبريد المركزي ومبادرات الهندسة القيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص HVAC.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في مجال التبريد المركزي.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التبريد المركزي (DCPs) وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة الحرارية (TES) وشبكات المياه المبردة والنمذجة الهيدروليكية وأداء الطاقة.
- خبرة في مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع البنية التحتية على مستوى المدن.
- خبرة في إعداد طلبات العروض الفنية (RFPs) والمواصفات ومراجعات التصميم والتحقق من الأداء.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وإعداد التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead District Cooling planning, design review, and technical evaluation of DCPs, TES systems, ETS, and chilled water networks.
- Review District Cooling hydraulic modeling, plant sizing, load analysis, and energy optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and authority requirements and support development of technical standards, guidelines, and operational strategies.
- Evaluate centralized and decentralized cooling solutions based on technical and commercial feasibility.
- Coordinate scope interfaces between DCPs, chilled water networks, ETS, power, and utility systems.
- Participate in District Cooling technical reviews, value engineering workshops, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
- Review master plans, District Cooling technical specifications.
- Review and approve concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC deliverables.
- Lead technical evaluations, District Cooling design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
- Minimum 12-15 years of district cooling experience,
- Strong knowledge of DCPs, TES systems, chilled water networks, hydraulic modeling, and energy performance
- Experience in large-scale mixed-use developments or city-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in technical RFPs, specifications, design reviews, and performance validation.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical reporting, and presentation skills.
