المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لقيم السلامة أولاً، وتطبيق صلاحية إيقاف العمل بثقة، وتعزيز معايير الرفاهية.
- إظهار سلوكيات قيادية تتوافق مع قيم المنظمة، وتوجيه وتدريب الموظفين المبتدئين.
- تنفيذ وتحسين أطر المخاطر والسجلات ولوحات المعلومات وعمليات إعداد التقارير بشكل مستمر.
- تيسير ورش العمل والمراجعات والتقييمات المتعلقة بالمخاطر لتحديد وتقييم وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لدمج ضوابط المخاطر في الخطط والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.
- ضمان جودة بيانات المخاطر والامتثال لأفضل الممارسات، والمراقبة الاستباقية لتغير ملامح المخاطر.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في الانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في المسؤولية عن التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضاتها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة أو دبلوم في إدارة المخاطر أو الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل العضوية المهنية المعتمدة (Chartered membership).
- خبرة 10 سنوات أو أكثر في قيادة المخاطر على المشاريع الكبرى، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة قوية في أدوات المخاطر والتحليلات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة على مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع (مطلوب للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Champion safety-first values, confidently applying stop-work authority and promoting wellbeing standards.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with organisational values, mentoring and coaching junior staff.
- Implement and continuously improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality risk data, compliance with best practice, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
- Chartered membership or recognised professional certification preferred.
- 10+ years’ risk leadership experience on major projects, ideally in KSA/Middle East.
- Strong expertise in risk tools, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
