شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات والبناء، تبحث عن مهندس ضمان جودة (Quality Assurance Engineer) للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية في مدينة الرياض. يتضمن المشروع تطويرًا متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع جميع البنية التحتية المرتبطة. تهدف الشركة إلى الجمع بين خبرات البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات، وتستند في عملها إلى قيم السلامة أولاً، التركيز على العميل، النزاهة، وخلق الفرص للموظفين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة خطط وإجراءات ضمان الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع (QA plans)، بالإضافة إلى خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) بما يتوافق مع معايير Mace ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاولين للمواصفات الفنية للمشروع والرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة في جميع حزم الأعمال المدنية والمرافق والبنية التحتية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية ومراجعات دورية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً لإجراءات ضمان/مراقبة الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- إدارة عمليات عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، بما يشمل التحديد الفوري، تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، الإجراءات التصحيحية، والإغلاق.
- مراجعة واعتماد مستندات المواد (material submittals)، وطرق العمل (method statements)، ووثائق الجودة قبل بدء الأنشطة الإنشائية.
- التنسيق مع فرق التسليم والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز ثقافة جودة استباقية وتحقيق التسليم الصحيح من المرة الأولى.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري لعمليات ضمان الجودة لمساعدة فريق ضمان الجودة في مهامهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- عضوية إحدى الهيئات المهنية: RICS، CIOB، APM، ICE أو ما يعادلها من تطور مهني أو شخصي مثبت.
- خبرة في مرحلة التسليم الناجح للمشاريع والبرامج في قطاع الاستشارات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- فطنة تجارية ومالية.
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع ضمن فرق كبيرة ومتنوعة.
- خبرة في تطوير وتكوين علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة داخل المشاريع.
- معرفة بكيفية تأثير اعتبارات الكربون والاستدامة على ملامح المشاريع التي تعمل عليها.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (وهو مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance (QA) plans, procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) aligned with Mace standards and client requirements.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards across civil, utilities, and infrastructure packages.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure works are delivered in accordance with QA/QC procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage non-conformance processes (NCRs), ensuring timely identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation prior to construction activities.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed a proactive quality culture and drive right-first-time delivery.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
- Proven experience in infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
