تعلن شركة Mace، الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية وإدارة المشاريع، عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي إعداد التقارير - سعودي الجنسية" في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تعمل الشركة على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة، والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. هذه الفرصة متاحة للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تقديم خدمات PMO وProject Controls عبر المشاريع الموكلة ضمن مركز التميز للتخطيط، تحت إشراف كبار المتخصصين.
- المساهمة في تنفيذ أُطر ومنهجيات PMO وProject Controls بما في ذلك EVM، وضمان التوافق مع مركز تحكم Mace ومتطلبات العميل ومعايير الحوكمة ذات الصلة.
- بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة مع ممثلي العملاء، ودعم دمج التخصصات الأساسية بما في ذلك التخطيط وإدارة المخاطر.
- المساعدة في إعداد حزم التقارير الشهرية، وتسهيل مراجعات الأداء، وتقديم رؤى حول أداء المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في الانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية، والمشاركة في تحديد وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المصاحبة وخفضها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية مناسبة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الحصول على الزمالة المهنية من هيئة مهنية معترف بها مع التطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في PMO وProject Controls على مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة ضمن بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع قدرة تحليلية، والقدرة على المشاركة والتأثير وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارية في إدارة المشاريع، وهو ما هو مطلوب للموافقة على الإقامة والموافقة من العميل.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Contributes to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant governance standards.
- Builds effective working relationships with client representatives and supports the integration of core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
- Assists with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews and providing insight on project performance.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
