شركة Mace، الرائدة في استشارات إدارة المشاريع، تقدم خدماتها الاستراتيجية لمشاريع تطوير الملاعب واسعة النطاق في الرياض، وتعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير مخاطر (Risk Manager) للإشراف على إدارة المخاطر وضمان نجاح المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة سجلات شاملة للمخاطر والقضايا.
- إدارة ورش العمل الشهرية لتحديث السجلات ودعم التقارير الشهرية.
- صيانة سجلات المخاطر في نظام PMWeb ولوحات المعلومات (Dashboards).
- نقل المعرفة والتوثيق لضمان انتقال سلس إلى المراحل المستقبلية.
- قيادة إدارة المخاطر الفعالة من خلال دمج الأطر والاستراتيجيات عبر المشاريع، مع ضمان حوكمة قوية والامتثال.
- تحديد المخاطر وتصعيدها وتخفيفها بشكل استباقي لحماية نتائج التسليم وتعزيز مرونة المشروع.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء من خلال تقديم نصائح واضحة وتقارير شفافة وضمان كفاية الاحتياطيات.
- تيسير ورش عمل المخاطر، والتكامل مع مكاتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) وتخصصات التخطيط، وتدريب الزملاء المبتدئين لتعزيز قدرات الفريق.
- تقديم تحليل كمي للمخاطر، وتقارير شهرية، والإشراف على خطط العمل التخفيفية للحفاظ على السيطرة على المشروع.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك المتمثل في التحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، ومشاركة المسؤولية في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة والتخفيضات أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة أو دبلوم في إدارة المخاطر أو الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل العضوية المهنية (Chartered) أو شهادة مهنية معترف بها.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات وتقنيات وبرامج إدارة المخاطر، مع تطبيق عملي في التحليل وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والمشاركة مع أصحاب المصلحة، لبناء الثقة والعلاقات الموثوقة.
- خبرة في مشاريع الملاعب (Stadium experience) ضرورية.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية، وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).

The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Maintenance of comprehensive risk and issue registers.
- Run the monthly workshops to maintain the registersand support monthly reports.
- Maintain the risk registers in PMWeb and Dashboards.
- Knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure a smooth transition to future phases.
- Drive effective risk management by embedding frameworks and strategies across commissions, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
- Proactively identify, escalate and mitigate risks to safeguard delivery outcomes and enhance project resilience.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear advice, transparent reporting, and assurance on contingency adequacy.
- Facilitate risk workshops, integrate with PMO and planning disciplines, and coach junior colleagues to strengthen team capability.
- Deliver quantitative risk analysis, monthly reporting, and oversight of mitigation action plans to maintain project control.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
- Chartered membership or recognised professional certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software, with practical application in analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, building confidence and trusted relationships.
- Stadium experience is essential.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
