شركة Mace، المتخصصة في البناء والاستشارات، تبحث عن محترف في مجال البث/تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (Broadcast/ICT) للعمل في أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، بمدينة الرياض. تهدف الشركة إلى توحيد فرق متكاملة عبر مراحل المشروع، والذي يشمل تطويراً متعدد الاستخدامات يضم مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة حوكمة تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وضمان الجودة والإشراف الفني عبر الملاعب الرياضية والبنية التحتية.
- إدارة الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين لضمان تسليم عالي الجودة ومتسق.
- مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات بما يتوافق مع المعايير واللوائح وأهداف المشروع.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية عبر الشبكات، والكابلات، والواي فاي، ونقل الصوت عبر IP، ومراكز البيانات، والأمن السيبراني.
- ضمان التكامل الفعال لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات مع الأنظمة الأوسع مثل الصوت والمرئيات، وأنظمة إدارة المباني، والأمن، والمنصات الرقمية.
- الإشراف على التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل (FAT/SAT) لضمان الجاهزية للتسليم.
- دعم تسليم البنية التحتية للبث، بما يشمل اتصالات المركبات الخارجية (OB) وبيئات الوسائط المعتمدة على بروتوكول الإنترنت.
- إجراء مراجعات التصميم والتدقيق والموافقات على المعالم الرئيسية من منظور المالك.
- قيادة عملية تسليم تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وضمان اكتمال التوثيق والامتثال والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية والمشاركة في التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة انبعاثات الكربون وتخفيضاتها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال مشابه.
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة (مثل Cisco، Microsoft، BICSI)، مع تفضيل الحصول على الزمالة المهنية (Chartered).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في تسليم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في برامج كبيرة أو معقدة.
- خبرة قوية في جانب العميل أو إدارة المشاريع في الحوكمة وضمان الجودة والإشراف على التسليم.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة المشاريع (مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في الشبكات، وتكامل الأنظمة، ومراكز البيانات، ومنهجيات بناء تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات.
- معرفة عملية بالبنية التحتية للبث وأنظمة الوسائط المعتمدة على بروتوكول الإنترنت.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل ضمن بيئات معقدة.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading ICT governance, assurance, and technical oversight across sports venues and infrastructure.
- Managing consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery.
- Reviewing and approving ICT designs in line with standards, regulations, and project objectives.
- Providing technical leadership across networks, cabling, WiFi, VoIP, data centres, and cybersecurity.
- Ensuring effective ICT integration with wider systems including AV, BMS, security, and digital platforms.
- Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning (FAT/SAT) to ensure readiness for handover.
- Supporting broadcast infrastructure delivery, including OB connectivity and IP media environments.
- Conducting design reviews, audits, and milestone approvals from an owner-side perspective.
- Leading ICT handover, ensuring complete documentation, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, BICSI), with chartership desirable.
- 12+ years’ experience in ICT infrastructure delivery on large-scale or complex programmes.
- Strong client-side or PMC experience in governance, assurance, and delivery oversight.
- Expertise in networks, systems integration, data centres, and ICT construction methodologies.
- Working knowledge of broadcast infrastructure and IP-based media systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within complex environments.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
