تعلن شركة IFS Intelligence Future Solutions (IFS UAE) عن حاجتها لتعيين مدربين ومحاضرين في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام إلى برامج التطوير المهني المتقدمة وتقديم تدريب عالي المستوى لكبار المهنيين والقادة في القطاعين العام والخاص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تدريب عالي المستوى لكبار المهنيين والمديرين والقادة في القطاعين العام والخاص ضمن برامج التطوير المهني في السعودية.
- العمل في بيئة تعاونية تقدر التعلم المستمر وتحقيق نتائج مؤثرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دكتوراه في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل) أو درجة ماجستير مع 10+ سنوات من الخبرة المهنية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تدريب كبار المهنيين والمديرين والتنفيذيين.
- خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج العربي تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- فهم جيد لثقافة العمل السعودية والبيئة المهنية في المملكة.
- الترحيب بكل من المرشحين والمرشحات.
- متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية (فصحى).
- إتقان قوي للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

Role Description: We are looking for experienced Trainers and Lecturers to join upcoming professional development programs in Saudi Arabia, delivering high-level training to senior professionals and leaders across the public and private sectors.

Candidate Requirements:
* PhD in Business Management or a related field is preferred
* OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant professional experience
* Proven experience in training senior professionals, managers, and executives
* Previous GCC experience is a strong advantage
* Good understanding of Saudi business culture and working environment
* Male and female candidates are welcome to apply
Language Requirements:
* Native Arabic speaker
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written
Engagement & Package:
* Teaching load: Approximately 30-35 hours per week
* Monthly package: Starting from SAR 18,000-20,000
* Higher packages may be considered for senior and highly experienced profiles
