Civil Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair activities within a heavy manufacturing facility specializing in fence, steel fabrication, and steel angle tower manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience maintaining industrial facilities, production areas, structures, and related civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive civil maintenance across the manufacturing facility.
• Inspect and repair concrete floors, foundations, walls, drains, platforms, and other civil structures.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work related to steel fabrication and manufacturing areas.
• Maintain factory buildings, workshops, storage areas, fencing, gates, and related infrastructure.
• Identify structural damage, cracks, leaks, deterioration, and other maintenance requirements.
• Perform basic masonry, plastering, concrete repair, tiling, and related civil works.
• Support installation, modification, and repair of foundations and equipment bases.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams during maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain proper records of completed maintenance activities and report major defects to the supervisor.
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in:
• Fence manufacturing
• Steel fabrication
• Steel angle tower manufacturing
• Heavy manufacturing industries
• Similar industrial maintenance environments
• Strong hands-on experience in civil maintenance and industrial facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, foundations, drainage, and general building repairs.
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and carry out practical repairs independently.
• Experience working in a factory, workshop, or heavy industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a maintenance team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in steel plants, tower manufacturing companies, fencing factories, structural steel fabrication facilities, or other heavy manufacturing plants will be strongly preferred.
