The Klybeck Life Sciences SA Factory in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is the first veterinary vaccines manufacturing plant in the country, producing a wide range of vaccines for poultry, aquaculture, livestock, and companion animals. The factory uses the latest internationally recognized production techniques and adheres to global standards such as GMP, ISO14001, and ISO45001 to ensure high product quality, environmental responsibility, and strong biosecurity practices.

1. Perform routine operational activities for plant equipment and utility systems.
2. Monitor and maintain transformers, circuit breakers, low-voltage systems, and other electrical components, ensuring accurate maintenance records.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues related to control panels, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, and production machinery.
4. Maintain all required documents, including logbooks, registers, and maintenance records, in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
5. Investigate the root causes of electrical failures and equipment breakdowns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
6. Resolve electrical and instrumentation-related issues.
7. Operate and maintain utility equipment, including water systems, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, AHUs, air compressors, mixing tanks, and fire protection systems.
8. Attend emergency breakdowns outside regular working hours when required to minimize equipment downtime.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and HMIs.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of plant utilities.
• Previous employment experience letters are required.
• Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry are preferred.
