🔵⚪️We’re Hiring | Social Media Supervisor

Al Hilal Academy is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Supervisor to lead our social media activities and strengthen the Academy’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage the Academy’s social media strategy and content calendar.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise daily content creation, publishing, and community engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and external agencies.

•⁠ ⁠Manage coverage of Academy activities, tournaments, camps, branch openings, and major events.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure content quality and compliance with Al Hilal’s brand identity.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor platform performance, audience growth, and engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare social media analytics and performance reports.

•⁠ ⁠Support digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and registrations.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.

Candidate profile:

•⁠ ⁠Excellent command of Arabic and English.

•⁠ ⁠Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Relevant experience in social media management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or a consumer-focused organization.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent content planning, communication, and team coordination skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interest in football, digital media, and youth development.
