What You'll Do

1. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to grow awareness and influence in the Saudi market.
2. Lead the marketing team in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and offline channels.
3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing plans and drive business growth.
4. Manage cross-functional collaboration and develop strategic partnerships to ensure consistent branding and alignment with company-wide strategy.
5. Guide and develop team members to enhance overall team capability and execution efficiency.
6. Leverage AI tools to support daily analysis and strategy formulation, improving output quality and operational efficiency.

What We Need From You

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Ten or more years of marketing or brand management experience, with international brand localization expertise.
3. A proven track record of leading large-scale marketing projects that delivered significant growth.
4. Strong team management skills with experience leading teams of three or more people.
5. Fluency in both English and Arabic with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
6. Proficiency in using AI tools to support daily work, with a willingness to actively explore AI applications in business scenarios.
