Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant

Location: Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or an equivalent professional certification and have 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality and catering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to aid strategic business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in the timely completion of audits.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets aligned with company objectives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
• Provide financial planning support to senior management, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and employee settlements.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality and catering sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Locally available candidates with a transferable visa are highly preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
