نبحث عن كبير محاسبين ذو خبرة لقيادة افتتاح فندق هيات بليس العلا. يمثل الفندق معلماً هاماً في توسع هيات بالمنطقة، ويضم 214 غرفة ضيافة، ومنفذين للطعام والمشروبات، ومساحة للاجتماعات، ومسبح، ومركز لياقة بدنية، مما يجعله جاذباً لمسافري الأعمال والترفيه على حد سواء. نسعى إلى محاسب دقيق وموجه تجارياً لضمان تشغيل فعال وكفؤ لقسم المالية بما يتوافق مع استراتيجيات هيات الدولية ومعايير العلامة التجارية، مع تلبية توقعات الموظفين والضيوف والمالكين. هذه الوظيفة مثالية لمحترف مالي يقود بالنزاهة ويضمن رقابة مالية قوية ويدعم النجاح التشغيلي والتجاري للفندق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المالية
  • الإشراف على الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المدينة والأستاذ العام والائتمان والوظائف ذات الصلة
  • ضمان دقة التقارير المالية والامتثال والرقابة الداخلية
  • دعم إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ والتحليل المالي
  • الشراكة مع قيادة الفندق لتعزيز الانضباط المالي واتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية ومعايير التدقيق

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في المالية، التجارة، أو إدارة الضيافة/السياحة
  • شهادة CA أو مؤهل مهني معادل (ميزة إضافية)
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين ككبير محاسبين أو محاسب أول في منشأة كبيرة

  • قدرات إدارية وتواصلية ممتازة

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Chief Accountant to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Finance Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who leads with integrity, ensures strong financial controls, and supports the hotel’s operational and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department
  • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Credit, and related functions
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Partner with hotel leadership to drive financial discipline and informed decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management
  • CA certification or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in a larger operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
