فندق Hyatt Place في العلا يبحث عن مدير أمن (Security Manager) للانضمام إلى فريق العمل قبل افتتاح الفندق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يمثل Hyatt Place AlUla محطة مهمة في توسع Hyatt بالمنطقة، ويضم 215 غرفة، ومنفذين للمأكولات والمشروبات، وقاعات اجتماعات، ومسبحاً، ومركزاً للياقة البدنية، لاستقطاب المسافرين بغرض الترفيه والعمل. سيتولى مدير الأمن إدارة جميع عمليات الأمن لضمان سلامة النزلاء والموظفين والممتلكات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الأمن وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ
- الإشراف على فريق الأمن وتنسيق المناوبات والمهام
- مراقبة أنظمة المراقبة وإجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع
- الاستجابة للحوادث، والتحقيق في القضايا الأمنية، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة
- التنسيق مع السلطات المحلية عند الحاجة
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة الأمن، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة أو المنشآت الكبيرة
- مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة الأزمات
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات السلامة والطوارئ
- القدرة على التعامل مع المواقف العصيبة بهدوء وفعالية
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات إعداد التقارير
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
- لياقة بدنية وقابلية للعمل بمناوبات مرنة
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية (تواصلاً)

Your Role
As the Security Manager, you’ll manage all security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce security procedures and emergency response plans
- Supervise the security team and coordinate shifts and assignments
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of the premises
- Respond to incidents, investigate security issues, and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with local authorities when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or large facilities
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
- Excellent English communication
