Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused
Reservation Host to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Reservation Host, you’ll be responsible for handling room reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate booking information, and providing excellent pre-arrival service to create a seamless guest experience from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other booking channels in a professional manner
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate reservation records in the hotel system
- Provide information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
- Confirm reservations and communicate booking details clearly to guests
- Coordinate with Front Office and Revenue teams to ensure accurate room availability and allocation
- Manage reservation amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests
- Ensure guest preferences and details are properly recorded in the system
- Upsell room categories and hotel services when appropriate
- Monitor reservation inquiries and respond in a timely manner
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably within hotels
- Good understanding of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of requests
- Good sales and upselling skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
