We are looking for a dedicated
Store Clerk to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Store Clerk, you’ll support the daily store operations by ensuring proper receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials and supplies required for hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items in accordance with hotel standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Issue materials and supplies to departments according to approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items to support timely replenishment
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all goods and materials
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store areas
- Support pre-opening store setup and inventory readiness
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably within hotels
- Good knowledge of inventory management procedures and stock control practices
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
