We are looking for an HSE Engineer to join our team and support the implementation and management of occupational health and safety requirements across projects and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans.
• Prepare Risk Registers and conduct risk assessments.
• Review HSE plans and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Monitor emergency, evacuation, and incident response plans.
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.
• Conduct field inspections and follow up on identified hazards.
• Monitor the safety of construction, restoration, excavation, and infrastructure works.
• Review HSE plans and risk assessments for events and monitor crowd safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Field experience in HSE and construction/restoration risk management.
• Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
• NEBOSH / OSHA certifications.
• Knowledge of relevant Saudi HSE regulations and requirements.
• Good command of English.
• Strong reporting, communication, and contractor management skills.
