يسعى قسم تحويل الصناعة (Transformation of Industry) في شركة سيمنس إنيرجي (Siemens Energy) في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) إلى توظيف مدير مشاريع تقديم العطاءات والإصلاح (Repairs Tendering & Project Manager) ليكون مسؤولاً عن دورة حياة الإصلاح بدءًا من إعداد العروض وحتى تسليم المشروع، ويعمل كنقطة اتصال أولى لفريق المبيعات والعملاء أثناء عمليات الإصلاح في مركز الخدمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدير هذا الدور دورة حياة الإصلاح بدءًا من إعداد العروض وحتى تسليم المشروع وإكماله، وهو نقطة الاتصال الأولى لفريق المبيعات عند الحاجة إلى خدمات من مركز الخدمة، كما يعمل كنقطة اتصال مباشرة للعملاء أثناء عمليات الإصلاح. يعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع فريق المبيعات ومشرف الورشة ومدير العمليات وفريق الورشة في إصلاح المعدات الحيوية. ينتمي هذا الدور إلى قسم تحويل الصناعة المكرس لإزالة الكربون من القطاع الصناعي من خلال زيادة الكهربة والكفاءة والطلب على الهيدروجين الأخضر والوقود المشتق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات وإجراءات السلامة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة، ودعم مبادرات السلامة في مركز الخدمة، والإبلاغ عن أي ظروف غير آمنة أو اقتراحات للتحسين.
- مراجعة طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQ) من العملاء، وتقديم التعليقات اللازمة، وتقدير ساعات العمل والتكاليف، وإنشاء عروض الفحص.
- مراجعة قوائم المواد والرسومات التصنيعية لتجميع قائمة قطع الغيار وتحديد نطاق الإصلاح للمكونات الفردية.
- تقدير/الحصول على تكاليف الإصلاح/قطع الغيار، والتنسيق مع المصنع والموردين (داخليًا/خارجيًا) للحصول على الدعم اللازم لإتمام مشروع الإصلاح.
- إعداد وتنسيق تسليم وثائق المشروع وتقارير التقدم للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- إدارة نطاق الفحص والإصلاح وجدول المشروع وتكاليفه أثناء التنفيذ، ومراقبة تكاليف المهام الجارية لضمان الالتزام بالميزانية.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال مباشرة للعملاء في مركز الخدمة، وترجمة مواصفات الصيانة/الإصلاح إلى تعليمات فنية لطاقم العمل، والتوافق مع معايير الجودة الداخلية ومعايير العميل.
- دعم موظفي الورشة في تنفيذ أنشطة الفحص والإصلاح من خلال توفير تعليمات عمل واضحة ومفصلة للورشة مع الإشارة إلى المواصفات الفنية المناسبة للإصلاح والمصنع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية كحد أدنى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل النشط مع المشاريع؛ خبرة في بيئة التصنيع مفضلة بقوة؛ شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (Project Management Certification) مفضلة بقوة.
- خبرة في إصلاح المعدات الدوارة و/أو الترددية (مثل التوربينات البخارية، الضواغط الطاردة المركزية، توربينات الطاقة، الضواغط الترددية، الشواحن التوربينية، الصمامات، و/أو أختام الغاز الجاف) مفضلة.
- القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى، وقد يتطلب العمل الإضافي أحيانًا لدعم فترات توقف العملاء.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن منظمة تلتزم بقوة بالصحة والسلامة والجودة، وأخلاقيات عمل قوية والسعي نحو التميز ومعايير عالية الجودة.

Works alongside the sales team, the shop supervisor and operations manager and the shopfloor team in the repair of critical equipment!

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with and support the various safety projects and initiatives within the Service Center; safety is very important to our team - it is everyone’s duty to work safely, report any unsafe conditions or suggestions for improvement to shop leadership.
- Review clients request for quotations “RFQ” and provide comments as necessary and estimate hours and cost then and create inspection offers
- Review bills of materials and manufacturing drawings to compile the list of replacement parts and define the repair scope for individual components
- Estimate / obtain the cost of the repairs / replacement parts, coordinate with factory and suppliers (internal / external) to get the support needed to complete the repair project
- Prepare and coordinate the delivery of the project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers.
- Manage the Inspection & repair scope, schedule, and cost of the projects in execution. Closely monitor ongoing job-costs to ensure close adherence to budget.
- Serve as clients’ direct point of contact at the service center. Interpret customer maintenance and/or repair specifications to technical personnel for repair and maintenance of equipment. Align with client and internal quality standards.
- Support shop personnel in execution of inspection and repair activities, by providing concise and descriptive work instructions to the shop floor for execution, referencing all appropriate repair and factory technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required as a min
- A minimum of 3 years’ related experience actively working with projects is required; Experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred; Project Management certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience with rotating and/or reciprocating equipment repairs (ie. steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, power turbines, reciprocating compressors, turbochargers, valves, and/or dry gas seals) is preferred.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Outlook. Also having the ability to interpret shop instructions and manufacturing drawings is required.
- Must adapt to fast-paced environment, and occasional overtime work may be needed to support client outages.
- Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality. Strong work ethic, pursuing excellence, and a high-quality standard.
