المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف عند الوصول والمغادرة بترحيب حار وودود.
- مساعدة في حمل الأمتعة، بما في ذلك التوصيل والتخزين.
- تقديم معلومات للضيوف حول مرافق الفندق وخدماته والمعالم المحلية.
- المساعدة في ترتيب وسائل النقل، مثل سيارات الأجرة والحافلات وخدمات السيارات.
- مرافقة الضيوف إلى غرفهم والتأكد من راحتهم واستقرارهم.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة اللوبي.
- المساعدة في تنسيق الطلبات الخاصة وضمان رضا الضيوف.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع أقسام الفندق الأخرى لضمان تجربة ضيوف سلسة.

- امتلاك مهارات ممتازة في خدمة الضيوف، ومظهر احترافي، ومهارات توصل شفهية وكتابية متقنة.
- التوجه نحو خدمة الضيوف، وشخصية نابضة بالحياة، وحماس لمساعدة الآخرين.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية شفهياً وكتابياً، وتُعتبر اللغات الإضافية ميزة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة مكثفة ومتغيرة باستمرار.
- المرونة في ساعات العمل، والقدرة على العمل بقليل من الإشراف أو بدونه.

Job Description
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist with luggage handling, including delivery and storage.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Help arrange transportation, including taxis, shuttles, and car services.
- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are settled and comfortable.
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable.
- Assist in coordinating special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Report suspicious people, behaviour, parcels and vehicles to hotel Security.
- Personalize the interaction in anyway and engage with Guests as individuals.
- Remain up to date and knowledgeable regarding nearby places of interest, promotions and events.
- Offer accurate directions with a complimentary map of surrounding area while offering directions.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the department and the broader goals of the property.
