نبذة عن الوظيفة
Surbana Jurong هي شركة استشارية عالمية رائدة في مجالات التخطيط العمراني والبنية التحتية والخدمات الإدارية، ومقرها سنغافورة. كجزء من فريق الهندسة المعمارية، سيساهم المهندس المعماري المبتدئ في تصميم وتطوير حلول معمارية مبتكرة ومستدامة عبر مجموعة من مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة للعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع مهندسين معماريين ومهندسين ذوي خبرة، واكتساب خبرة في جميع مراحل عملية التصميم من المفهوم إلى التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق البناء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إعداد التصاميم المعمارية والرسومات والعروض التقديمية لمراحل المشروع المختلفة.
- دعم الفريق الرئيسي في تطوير مفاهيم التصميم والتصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد والوثائق الفنية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك تخصصات الإنشاءات والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة والتصميم الداخلي لضمان تسليم متكامل للمشروع.
- المساهمة في مراجعات التصميم وضمان الامتثال لمعايير المشروع واللوائح ومتطلبات العميل.
- المشاركة في زيارات الموقع وورش العمل التصميمية واجتماعات العملاء حسب الحاجة.
- الاطلاع المستمر على أحدث أدوات التصميم ومبادئ الاستدامة والاتجاهات المعمارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في التصميم المعماري، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن بيئة استشارية دولية أو متعددة التخصصات.
- الإلمام بمعايير التصميم الإقليمية ولوائح البناء ومبادئ التصميم المستدام.
- خبرة في إعداد تصاميم المفهوم والرسومات التفصيلية والعروض التقديمية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في المشاريع واسعة النطاق مثل التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات أو التجارية أو المؤسسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات التصميم والتصور مثل AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp وAdobe Creative Suite.
- فهم أساسي لسير عمل BIM وعمليات التنسيق.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والإبداع والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على العمل الجماعي والتعاون في بيئة متعددة التخصصات.
- شغف بالتميز التصميمي والتعلم المستمر.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations for various project stages.
- Support the senior team in developing design concepts, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Contribute to design reviews and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Participate in site visits, design workshops, and client meetings as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools, sustainability principles, and architectural trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within an international or multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
- Familiarity with regional design standards, building codes, and sustainable design principles.
- Experience in preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and presentations.
- Exposure to large-scale projects such as mixed-use, commercial, or institutional developments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Passion for design excellence and continuous learning.
