تعلن شركة ElevenLabs، الرائدة في مجال أبحاث ومنتجات الذكاء الاصطناعي، عن توفر وظيفة Forward Deployed Engineer - Software Engineer في السعودية (يفضل الرياض). سنعمل مع كبار العملاء على تصميم حلول تقنية مبتكرة ومخصصة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستستخدم إبداعك ومهاراتك التقنية لحل المشكلات المعقدة وتصميم حلول مخصصة تحقق أثراً حقيقياً. ستنضم إلى فرق العملاء الإستراتيجيين لتشرف على تنفيذ المشاريع الأكثر تأثيراً، بدءاً من وضع التصاميم المعمارية ومروراً ببناء التكاملات الكاملة ووصولاً إلى إدارة المهام عالية المخاطر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تولي مسؤولية كاملة عن تنفيذ المشاريع الكبرى من البداية إلى النهاية لأهم شركائنا، والعمل يدوياً لتقديم حلول عالية التأثير.
- التعاون يومياً مع مهندسي العملاء وفرق الإدارة لديهم لضمان أفضل استخدام لتقنيات ElevenLabs.
- دفع الابتكار الفعلي باستخدام مهاراتك البرمجية لحل المشكلات المعقدة وتحقيق فرق حقيقي لعملائنا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء (حتى لو كانت من خلال النوادي الطلابية أو المشاريع الجانبية) مع الاهتمام بالعمل معهم بشكل تقني وثيق.
- إتقان لغة Python ومعرفة قوية بتطوير البرمجيات، بما يشمل فهماً عميقاً لتطوير البرمجيات وهندسة البرمجيات وتكامل واجهات API.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات، خصوصاً القدرة على تلخيص المعرفة التقنية المعقدة واستخدام المنطق لإيجاد الحلول المثلى.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية، وفهم عميق للفروقات الإقليمية والثقافية في السعودية.

What You Will Do
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Saudi Arabia, however there is a preference for candidates to be based out of Riyadh. Fluency in English and Arabic and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate daily with our customer’s engineers and executives teams to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs’ technologies.
- Drive real innovation by using your coding and technical skills to solve complex problems, making a real difference for our customers.
- Experience working with customers. It’s ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and APIs integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Especially in terms of ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and using logic in pursuing optimal solutions.
