المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة: إدارة عمليات المشروبات والأغذية اليومية للمنافذ المحددة، وضمان أعلى مستويات الجودة والخدمة واستراتيجيات التسويق التي تزيد من الربحية ورضا العملاء.
- تعزيز رضا الضيوف وتميز الخدمة: دعم تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات رضا الضيوف، ومراقبة الاتجاهات، وجمع الملاحظات، ودفع التحسينات المستمرة لرفع تجربة الضيف.
- تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية: الإشراف على المهام الإدارية والتخطيطية لقسم المشروبات والأغذية، وضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة مع تنفيذ ضوابط التكاليف الخاصة بالطعام والشراب والعمالة.
- رفع معايير الجودة والخدمة: دعم تقديم جودة استثنائية للمشروبات والأغذية، والخدمة، واستراتيجيات التسويق لتعزيز رضا الضيوف، وزيادة الإيرادات، وتعظيم الربحية.
- إلهام الفريق وتطويره: الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق وتدريبهم وتوجيههم، وتوفير فرص التطوير المهني، والاعتراف بالإنجازات لبناء فريق عالي الأداء والاحتفاظ به وإشراكه.
- الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية: الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والوعي بالكحول، وضمان أعلى معايير رفاهية الضيوف وأعضاء الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شغف بنشر نور ودفء الضيافة، والتصرف بنزاهة ودائمًا فعل الصواب، وإلهام الآخرين من خلال القيادة، والإيمان بأن العمل الجماعي يقود أفضل النتائج، والإحساس بالملكية والمساءلة، والتركيز على الحاضر مع إلحاح وانضباط في كل لحظة.
- دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في عمليات المشروبات والأغذية، مع خبرة إشرافية أو إدارية مفضلة.
- قدرات قيادية قوية، وتميز في الخدمة، ومهارات تخطيط تشغيلي.
- الإلمام بأنظمة نقاط البيع وأدوات إدارة المخزون.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (طلاقة)؛ فعالية في تنسيق الفريق والتفاعل مع الضيوف.

- Elevate quality and service standards: Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
