تابي تعلن عن وظيفة مسؤول امتثال (Compliance Officer) في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مسؤول امتثال، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير سياسات الامتثال والحفاظ عليها، وإجراء عمليات التدقيق، وتقديم التوجيه لضمان وفاء الشركة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية. ستتابع التغييرات التنظيمية، وتدير قضايا الامتثال، وتتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والجهات التنظيمية لدعم إطار امتثال قوي يدعم عمليات الشركة ونموها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال وفقاً للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق ومراجعات دورية لتحديد وتخفيف مخاطر الامتثال.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب للموظفين بشأن مسائل الامتثال.
- مراقبة التطورات التنظيمية وتحديث السياسات الداخلية وفقاً لذلك.
- التحقيق في قضايا الامتثال والشكاوى والانتهاكات والاستجابة لها.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان الامتثال للوائح.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير والإيداعات التنظيمية حسب الحاجة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة وتنفيذها عند الاقتضاء.
- الاستجابة بمرونة لاحتياجات العمل من خلال أداء مهام إضافية يكلف بها المدير المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. الدرجة المتقدمة أو الشهادة في الامتثال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الامتثال، ويفضل في قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية أو الخدمات المالية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متعمقة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية المتعلقة بعمليات التكنولوجيا المالية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير اللوائح المعقدة وتنفيذ حلول عملية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مطلوبة.

Description
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining
compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure the company meets
regulatory requirements. You will monitor regulatory changes, manage compliance issues, and
collaborate with internal teams and regulators to uphold a strong compliance framework that
supports the company’s operations and growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
- Investigate and respond to compliance issues, complaints, and breaches.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them where applicable.
- Flexibly respond to business needs by performing additional duties as assigned by the
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the fintech or financial
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fintech operations in Saudi
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
