Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Transfer of Sponsorship

Transportation and Delivery: Drive the truck and transport goods and materials safely to the specified destinations according to the schedule.

Field Inspection: Conduct a daily inspection of the truck (oil, tires, brakes, signals) before and after each trip to ensure its readiness.

Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods and ensure they are securely fastened.

Documentation: Receive and provide shipping documents, and sign invoices and delivery notes from clients.

Safety and Regulations: Fully comply with traffic laws and their implementing regulations, and road safety guidelines.

Maintenance and Reporting: Immediately report any mechanical malfunctions or accidents (God forbid) to the Maintenance and Administration Department.

Job Requirements and Conditions

License: Valid heavy/public transport driver's license.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience driving large trucks (heavy transport).

Driver's Record: Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations. Physical Fitness: The physical ability to endure long hours of driving and handling goods.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of roads and routes within and outside the Kingdom.

Accuracy and adherence to standards and deadlines.

Good communication and customer service skills.
