Role Description The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee attendance, work hours, leaves, and overtime for assigned sites within the Al-Jawf Region. This full-time hybrid role involves working both on-site and from home to maintain up-to-date timekeeping records in HR or payroll systems, verify timesheets, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with supervisors and employees. The Timekeeper prepares regular reports for HR and management, ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and supports payroll processing by providing timely and accurate data. The role also includes responding to timekeeping-related inquiries, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of timekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Timekeeping skills, including accurate tracking of attendance, work hours, leaves, and overtime.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, and HR teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond professionally to inquiries and support internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work with HR/payroll systems, spreadsheets, and timekeeping software; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites or teams and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or HR administration is preferred; facilities management or large workforce experience is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage, along with a commitment to ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
