SJ Group (Surbana Jurong) تعلن عن وظيفة منسق BIM (BIM Coordinator) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق التصميم والهندسة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى منسق BIM مسؤولية قيادة تطوير وتنسيق وتنفيذ عمليات ومعايير نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) عبر مشاريع متعددة التخصصات، مع ضمان سلامة النماذج ودقة البيانات والتعاون الفعال بين فرق التصميم وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق سير عمل BIM وضمان دقة النماذج واتساقها والامتثال لخطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs) الخاصة بالمشروع.
- إدارة ودمج النماذج من تخصصات متعددة (الهندسة المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة وغيرها) لضمان التنسيق واكتشاف التعارضات.
- دعم فرق المشروع في إعداد وتطوير وإدارة نماذج BIM خلال مراحل التصميم والبناء.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالنماذج للحفاظ على سلامتها وجودة البيانات.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتحديث وثائق BIM والمعايير والقوالب والبروتوكولات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مدراء التصميم وقادة التخصصات والمقاولين لضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد والتدريب المتعلق بـ BIM لأعضاء فريق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو أحد التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تنسيق BIM لمشاريع التصميم أو البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات.
- إجادة قوية لـ Autodesk Revit و Navisworks وأدوات BIM أخرى ذات صلة.
- خبرة في استخدام منصات بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) مثل BIM 360 أو ACC أو Aconex.
- سجل حافل في إدارة BIM لمشاريع معقدة أو واسعة النطاق.
- الإلمام بمعايير BIM الدولية (ISO 19650 أو ما يعادلها).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لتنسيق التصميم وإدارة النماذج وسير عمل اكتشاف التعارضات.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة متعددة التخصصات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بتقديم مخرجات عالية الجودة.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

The Role
As part of the Design and Engineering team, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards across multidisciplinary projects. The role will ensure model integrity, data accuracy, and effective collaboration between design teams and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Manage and integrate models from multiple disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure coordination and clash detection.
- Support project teams in the setup, development, and management of BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve model-related issues to maintain model integrity and data quality.
- Assist in preparing and updating BIM documentation, standards, templates, and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with design managers, discipline leads, and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide BIM-related technical support, guidance, and training to project team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM coordination for multidisciplinary design or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
- Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM 360, ACC, or Aconex.
- Proven track record in managing BIM for large-scale or complex projects.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of design coordination, model management, and clash detection workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
