المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق التصميم الهندسي الشامل في مشاريع المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية واسعة النطاق، وإدارة مكونات البنية التحتية للطرق المتنوعة من دراسات الجدوى إلى دعم البناء وإدارة العقود.
- توجيه دمج البنية التحتية للطرق مع تطوير المباني الشاهقة والأنظمة الحضرية المعقدة، وضمان التنسيق السلس عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
- إدارة حزم التصميم في مشاريع الطرق السريعة المعقدة وشبكات النقل الحضري، وضمان مطابقة جميع المخرجات لمعايير الجودة التنظيمية وإكمالها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
- إجراء نمذجة شاملة لتصميم الطرق والصرف الصحي، وتطبيق الخبرة التقنية لحل المشكلات الهندسية الصعبة في البيئات الحضرية الكثيفة.
- التعاون بسلاسة مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، ودمج مخرجات تخصصات الهياكل والبيئة والمرافق وتطوير المباني الشاهقة لتقديم حلول متماسكة.
- العمل مباشرة مع العملاء والجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم التوجيه الفني خلال مراحل التصميم وعمليات الموافقة القانونية الخاصة بلوائح المملكة العربية السعودية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير تصميم الطرق المحلية والمواصفات والمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- توجيه ودعم المهندسين المبتدئين والمتوسطين، وتعزيز ثقافة التعلم المستمر والتطوير المهني داخل الفريق.
- تحليل متطلبات المشروع والقيود المعقدة، وتقديم توصيات حاسمة توازن بين الابتكار والجدوى العملية في السياقات الحضرية واسعة النطاق.
- إعداد وثائق العقود الشاملة والمواصفات الفنية لتسليم المشاريع في البرامج الرئيسية للبنية التحتية.
- الحفاظ على التواصل الشفاف مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع، وضمان الوضوح حول القرارات الفنية وتقدم المشروع عبر مبادرات التنمية المتكاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة (BSc أو BEng أو MEng أو MSc).
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 12 عامًا بعد التخرج في الهندسة المدنية وتصميم الطرق ومشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- سجل حافل في قيادة مشاريع المخططات الرئيسية الحضرية واسعة النطاق مع دمج المباني الشاهقة ومكونات البنية التحتية المعقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم الطرق العامة ونمذجة الصرف وشبكات النقل الحضري.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة مشاريع متعددة المراحل من المفهوم إلى إنجاز البناء وإدارة العقود.
- كفاءة متقدمة في تنسيق الفرق الهندسية متعددة التخصصات (الهياكل والبيئة والمرافق وتطوير المباني الشاهقة) ودمج المدخلات التقنية المتنوعة في حلول متماسكة.
- إتقان قوي لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك التحكم في الميزانية وإدارة الجدول الزمني وتخصيص الموارد في البرامج المعقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد وثائق العقود الشاملة والمواصفات الفنية لتقديم البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام الدقيق بالتفاصيل في البيئات الحضرية المعقدة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابية وشفهية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئات الفريق مع ممارسة اتخاذ القرار المستقل في الأمور الفنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عمل متقدمة بمعايير تصميم الطرق الدولية وأفضل الممارسات في البنية التحتية الحضرية.
- خبرة واسعة في عمليات التخطيط القانوني والموافقة على التصميم للمشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية في الشرق الأوسط أو مناطق مناخية مماثلة.
- معرفة متعمقة بمعايير الطرق السعودية واللوائح وإجراءات الموافقة المحلية.
- إتقان برامج التصميم المتقدمة وأدوات النمذجة المستخدمة في هندسة الطرق والبنية التحتية الحضرية.
- شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو PRINCE2 أو ما يعادلها من الشهادات المهنية).
- سجل حافل في توجيه وتطوير المهندسين رفيعي المستوى والمساهمة في بناء القدرات التنظيمية.
- خبرة في حلول التصميم المستدام والمبتكر للبنية التحتية للبيئات الحضرية.
- فهم اعتبارات المناخ القاسي والمرونة في تصميم البنية التحتية (ظروف الصحراء ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة).
- خبرة في دمج تطوير المباني الشاهقة مع البنية التحتية للنقل والمرافق على مستوى الأرض.
- خبرة مجال في التخطيط الحضري الرئيسي واسع النطاق وتقديم البنية التحتية المتكاملة.
- خبرة في هندسة الطرق والطرق السريعة في السياقات الحضرية.
- خبرة في تصميم الصرف الصحي وإدارة مياه الأمطار في البيئات الحضرية المعقدة.
- مبادئ هندسة المرور وتخطيط النقل.
- اعتبارات الجيوتقنية في تصميم الطرق وتطوير المباني الشاهقة.
- منهجية البناء وإدارة العقود والتحكم في المشاريع.

Drive Innovation in Saudi Arabia's Road Infrastructure
We're seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Engineer - Roads to join our dynamic infrastructure team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact road infrastructure projects that will shape the region's transportation landscape. - Lead and coordinate comprehensive engineering design on large-scale urban master plan projects, managing diverse road infrastructure components from feasibility studies through construction support and contract administration
- Direct the integration of road infrastructure with high-rise development and complex urban systems, ensuring seamless coordination across all project phases
- Manage design packages on complex highway schemes and urban transportation networks, ensuring all deliverables meet organizational quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct comprehensive road design and drainage modeling, applying technical expertise to solve challenging engineering problems in dense urban environments
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, integrating outputs from structures, environmental, utilities, and high-rise development disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions
- Work directly with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders, providing technical guidance through design phases and statutory approval processes specific to Saudi Arabian regulations
- Ensure compliance with local road design standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
- Analyze complex project requirements and constraints, making decisive recommendations that balance innovation with practical feasibility in large-scale urban contexts
- Prepare comprehensive contract documents and technical specifications for project delivery on major infrastructure programs
- Maintain transparent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity on technical decisions and project progress across integrated development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline (BSc, BEng, MEng, or MSc)
- Minimum 12 years of post-graduation professional experience in civil engineering, road design, and major infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of leading large-scale urban master plan projects with integrated high-rise and complex infrastructure components
- Demonstrated expertise in general road design, drainage modeling, and urban transportation networks
- Extensive experience managing multiphase projects from concept through construction completion and contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams (structures, environmental, utilities, high-rise development) and integrating diverse technical inputs into cohesive solutions
- Strong command of project management principles, including budget control, schedule management, and resource allocation on complex programs
- Proven experience preparing comprehensive contract documents and technical specifications for large-scale infrastructure delivery
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail in complex urban environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments while exercising independent decision-making on technical matters
- Advanced working knowledge of international road design standards and best practices in urban infrastructure
- Extensive experience with statutory planning and design approval processes for large-scale developments
- Demonstrated expertise in Middle Eastern infrastructure projects or similar climatic regions
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian road standards, regulations, and local approval procedures
- Proficiency with advanced design software and modeling tools used in road and urban infrastructure engineering
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional credential)
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing senior-level engineers and contributing to organizational capability building
- Experience in sustainable and innovative infrastructure design solutions for urban environments
- Understanding of extreme climate considerations and resilience in infrastructure design (desert conditions, high temperatures)
- Experience integrating high-rise development with ground-level transportation and utility infrastructure
- Large-scale urban master planning and integrated infrastructure delivery
- Road infrastructure and highway engineering within urban contexts
- Drainage design and stormwater management in complex urban environments
- Traffic engineering and transportation planning principles
- Geotechnical considerations in road and high-rise development design
- Construction methodology, contract administration, and project controls
- Multidisciplinary coordination and integration of high-rise development with infrastructure systems
