تعلن شركة ماجد الفطيم القابضة (Majid Al Futtaim) عن وظيفة مدير إقليمي لعمليات التكنولوجيا (Director, Regional Technology Operations) في مدينة القاهرة، مصر. سيكون المسؤول الأول عن قيادة عمليات التكنولوجيا في مصر والأردن ولبنان، مع إنشاء مصر كمركز استراتيجي لتقديم التكنولوجيا عن بُعد، والإشراف على عمليات تقنية التجزئة في مصر ومركز التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات تقنية المعلومات الإقليمية في مصر والأردن ولبنان.
- إنشاء وتوسيع نطاق مركز تقديم التكنولوجيا الخارجي في مصر (Offshore Technology Delivery Centre).
- الإشراف على عمليات تقنية التجزئة في مصر.
- ضمان توفر الخدمات والبنية التحتية واستمرارية الأعمال.
- دفع حوكمة تقنية المعلومات والأمن السيبراني وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال.
- بناء وقيادة فرق تقنية عالية الأداء.
- إدارة الموردين الاستراتيجيين وأداء تقديم الخدمات.
- الشراكة مع قادة الأعمال لتحقيق نتائج مدعومة بالتكنولوجيا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في قيادة تقنية المعلومات في بيئات إقليمية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة تقديم الخدمات المشتركة أو الخارجية (offshore/shared service delivery).
- معرفة قوية بالبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وإدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات (ITSM) والأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة في دعم عمليات التجزئة أو العمليات الموجهة للعملاء.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضل الحصول على شهادات مثل ITIL أو PMP أو TOGAF أو CCNA أو ما يعادلها.

Role Summary
The Regional Director of Technology Operations is responsible for leading technology operations across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon while establishing Egypt as a strategic offshore technology delivery hub. Accountable for Regional IT, Retail IT in Egypt, and the Delivery Centre, ensuring reliable services, strong governance, operational excellence, and scalable technology capabilities that support business growth.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead Regional IT operations across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.
- Establish and scale the Egypt Offshore Technology Delivery Centre.
- Oversee Retail IT operations across Egypt.
- Ensure service availability, infrastructure, and business continuity.
- Drive IT governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.
- Build and lead high-performing technology teams.
- Manage strategic vendors and service delivery performance.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver technology-enabled outcomes.
- 15+ years' IT leadership experience in regional environments.
- Proven experience leading offshore/shared service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITSM, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting retail or customer-facing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, CCNA, or similar certifications preferred.
