تعلن شركة MS PHARMA عن توفر وظيفة مندوب طبي (Medical Representative) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بناء علاقات مع الأطباء والمراكز الطبية، وإجراء زيارات ميدانية للأطباء والمختصين وبعض الصيادلة لإطلاعهم على أحدث التطورات المتعلقة بمنتجات الشركة وفوائدها مقارنة بالمنتجات المنافسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لخطط المبيعات السنوية واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحقيق النمو المطلوب في مبيعات الشركة، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتجاوز العقبات.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للأطباء والمختصين وفق جداول وخطط محددة لإطلاعهم على آخر تطورات منتجات الشركة ومزاياها مقارنة بالمنافسين.
- المشاركة في تنسيق المحاضرات والندوات الطبية لرفع الوعي لدى الأطباء والمختصين.
- التواصل المستمر مع الأطباء والمختصين والصيادلة لتلبية توقعاتهم من حيث جودة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة وتلبية متطلباتهم وفق سياسات الشركة.
- بناء قاعدة معلومات وبيانات عن السوق تشمل العرض والطلب والأسعار وأنشطة المنافسين.
- تنفيذ خطط العمل، والمتابعة الدورية، وتحليل النتائج، ودراسة السوق والمنافسين.
- تحديث ومتابعة قوائم العملاء على النظام، وحفظ السجلات للملفات ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة والمحاضرات الداخلية والخارجية، والمساهمة في التحضير للمؤتمرات والمحاضرات وإعداد المواد العلمية والنشرات التي تزيد الوعي الطبي وتبني علاقات أوثق مع العملاء.
- البقاء على اطلاع بإجراءات سحب المنتجات من الصيدليات والاسترجاع الطبي عند الضرورة بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية.
- اتباع السياسات التنظيمية والطبية المتعلقة بالمواد الترويجية وتغليف منتجات محفظته في قطاعه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثاً.
المهارات المطلوبة
- المعرفة بلوائح إدارة الغذاء والدواء (FDA Regulations).
- المعرفة بممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP).
- المعرفة بممارسات التوزيع الجيد (GDP).
- المعرفة بالقوانين واللوائح التجارية.

Executive & Technical Duties
- Ensure compliance with annual sales plans and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth in the company's sales, in addition to the implementation of corrective actions to overcome obstacles.
- Carry out field visits to doctors and specialists on a regular basis, according to schedules and specific plans, to inform them of the latest developments related to the products offered by the company and its benefits compared with competing products.
- Participation in the coordination of medical lectures and seminars to raise awareness of medical doctors and specialists.
- Continuously communicating with physicians, specialists and pharmacists to meet their expectations in terms of quality of the products and services provided and satisfy their requirements in accordance with company policies.
- Build a base of information and data on the market, including supply and demand, prices and competitors'' activities.
- Implement action plans and perform periodic follow-up and analysis of the results and study the market and competitors.
- Work on updating and following up customer lists on the system and perform recordkeeping for related files.
- Participate in internal and external activities and lectures and contribute to the preparation for conferences and lectures preparation of scientific materials, brochures, lectures, etc. that will increase medical awareness and build closer relationships with customers.
- Stay aware of the for-products withdrawal procedures of pharmacies and medical retrieval, when necessary, in coordination with the departments concerned.
- Follow the regulatory and medical policy related to the promotional material and packaging of his portfolio in his sector.
