نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي أول (Senior AI Engineer) ذو خبرة عملية لتصميم وبناء ونشر حلول ذكاء اصطناعي مؤسسية باستخدام Generative AI وLarge Language Models (LLMs) وRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) وAgentic AI. يجب أن يجمع المرشح المثالي بين خبرة قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي ومهارات هندسة البرمجيات، مع خبرة في نقل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي من المفهوم إلى الإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير تطبيقات Generative AI وLLM بجودة إنتاجية.
  • بناء وتحسين خطوط أنابيب RAG تشمل معالجة المستندات، التقطيع، التضمين، الاسترجاع، إعادة الترتيب، وتوليد الاستجابات.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي وسير عمل وكيلية قادرة على التفكير، واستدعاء الأدوات، والتفاعل مع الأنظمة المؤسسية.
  • تطوير قدرات ذكاء اصطناعي للبحث المؤسسي، الأسئلة والأجوبة، التلخيص، تحليل المستندات، الاستخراج، ودعم اتخاذ القرارات.
  • دمج حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي مع واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، قواعد البيانات، مستودعات المستندات، منصات البحث، والتطبيقات المؤسسية.
  • تطوير واجهات برمجة تطبيقات (APIs) وخدمات ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام تدعم تطبيقات وحالات استخدام متعددة.
  • تحسين الاستدلالات (prompts)، استراتيجيات الاسترجاع، اختيار النماذج، إدارة السياق، زمن الاستجابة، قابلية التوسع، والتكلفة.
  • تنفيذ أطر تقييم الذكاء الاصطناعي تغطي الدقة، الهلوسة، جودة الاسترجاع، نجاح المهام، والأداء.
  • تنفيذ حواجز الحماية والضوابط لمعالجة حقن الاستدلالات (prompt injection)، تسرب البيانات، استخدام الأدوات غير المناسب، ومخاطر أمنية أخرى للذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • نشر ومراقبة واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة الإنتاج باستمرار.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • 4+ سنوات خبرة في هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجالات ذات صلة، مع خبرة حديثة قوية في Generative AI.
  • إتقان متقدم للغة بايثون (Python).
  • خبرة عملية قوية مع LLMs وRAG والتضمين (embeddings) والبحث المتجه (vector search) وهندسة الاستدلالات (prompt engineering).
  • خبرة في بناء وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي، استدعاء الأدوال/الوظائف (tool/function calling)، وسير العمل الوكيلية (agentic workflows).
  • خبرة مع LangChain أو LangGraph أو LlamaIndex أو Semantic Kernel أو أطر عمل مماثلة.
  • خبرة مع PyTorch وHugging Face Transformers وLLMs مفتوحة المصدر أو تجارية.
  • خبرة قوية في تطوير واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) والخلفية (backend) بما في ذلك التكامل مع الأنظمة المؤسسية.
  • خبرة في تقييم الذكاء الاصطناعي، حواجز الحماية، أمان LLM، ومراقبة الإنتاج.
  • خبرة في منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي السحابية.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate combines strong AI expertise with software engineering skills and has experience taking AI applications from concept through production.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop production-grade Generative AI and LLM applications.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including document processing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.
  • Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows capable of reasoning, tool calling, and interacting with enterprise systems.
  • Develop AI capabilities for enterprise search, Q&A, summarization, document analysis, extraction, and decision support.
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, document repositories, search platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop APIs and reusable AI services supporting multiple applications and use cases.
  • Optimize prompts, retrieval strategies, model selection, context management, latency, scalability, and cost.
  • Implement AI evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, hallucination, retrieval quality, task success, and performance.
  • Implement guardrails and controls addressing prompt injection, data leakage, inappropriate tool usage, and other AI security risks.
  • Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI applications in production.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, with strong recent experience in Generative AI.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building AI agents, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and open-source or commercial LLMs.
  • Strong API and backend development experience, including integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, LLM security, and production monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms.
  • Experience with OCR, document intelligence, multimodal AI, and Arabic-language AI applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong software engineering, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
