Are you a cybersecurity leader with strong hands-on expertise in IT Security and Cybersecurity Operations? We're looking for an experienced Security & Cybersecurity Operations Center Team Lead to lead our SOC team, drive security operations, and strengthen our cyber defense capabilities.

✔ Saudi

✔ 7+ years of experience in Network Security & Cybersecurity Operations

✔ Proven experience leading a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cybersecurity Operations team

✔ Strong hands-on experience with:

• 🔥 Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)
• 📊 SIEM Platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)
• 🛡️ IDS/IPS, WAF, VPN, EDR/XDR
• 🌐 Enterprise Network Security Architecture
• 🚨 Incident Response & Threat Hunting
• 📚 Security Frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC)

🔹 Manage and mentor SOC Analysts and Security Engineers

🔹 Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection activities

🔹 Ensure optimal performance of enterprise security technologies

🔹 Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and operational readiness

🔹 Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Risk teams to strengthen the organization's security posture

🎓 Preferred Certifications

🏅 CISSP | CISM | GCIH | CEH | Security+

🏅 Microsoft SC-200 / SC-100 / AZ-500

🏅 PCNSE | Fortinet NSE/FCSS | CCNP Security
