Job Summary

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI and LLM-powered systems for Alinma Bank. Focus on intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, model serving, prompt engineering, and AI safety within the Bank’s secure and governed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI/LLM services, APIs, and agents using LangChain/LlamaIndex or custom orchestration.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks, agent workflows, and LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Deploy and scale models using Kubernetes, Docker, and serving tools such as vLLM, TGI, or Triton.
• Implement AI guardrails, safety controls, and output validation.
• Maintain AI observability, logging, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and business teams to productionize AI use cases.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, data privacy, Shariah governance, and internal AI policies.
• Mentor engineers and define AI engineering standards and reusable components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in production AI/LLM systems.
• Strong Python; experience with Go, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and open-source models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, and model-serving frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model evaluation practices.
• Banking or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
