في EY، نساعد عملاءنا على تسخير قوة البيانات والتحليلات والذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريع التحول الرقمي وتحقيق نتائج أعمال أفضل. بصفك Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager ضمن فريق Data & AI، ستؤدي دوراً محورياً في تصميم وبناء وتوسيع منصات البيانات والهياكل الحديثة التي تدعم حالات استخدام التحليلات المتقدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي. وستعمل عن كثب مع عملاء في السوق السعودي لترجمة الاستراتيجيات التجارية إلى حلول متكاملة لهندسة البيانات، مع المساهمة في المهام الاستشارية والعروض التجارية ونمو الممارسة في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتسليم حلول هندسة بيانات شاملة عبر عدة مهام استشارية.
- تصميم وبناء وتحسين منصات بيانات وخطوط أنابيب قابلة للتوسع لاستخدامات التحليلات وذكاء الأعمال والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- تصميم وتنفيذ هياكل بيانات حديثة، بما في ذلك أنماط medallion و lakehouse، عبر البيئات السحابية والمحلية.
- تطوير نماذج بيانات وخطوط أنابيب قوية مع ضمان الأداء والموثوقية والأمان والحوكمة.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين وعلماء البيانات وفرق التحليلات لتمكين الحلول المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- دعم مبادرات تحديث البيانات والهجرة، بما في ذلك الانتقال من الأنظمة القديمة إلى السحابة.
- إعداد وتقديم مواد عالية الجودة للعملاء تشمل العروض التقديمية وتصاميم الحلول والسرد التنفيذي.
- المساهمة في تطوير العروض التجارية وهيكلة الحلول والتقديرات والمناقشات التجارية.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين والمساهمة في أصول المعرفة لدى EY.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية قوية في SQL و Python لحالات استخدام هندسة البيانات.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم نماذج البيانات وتطوير ETL/ELT وتنسيق خطوط الأنابيب.
- فهم متين لمنصات البيانات وتقنيات الهندسة الحديثة.
- معرفة عميقة بهياكل البيانات، بما في ذلك خطوط الأنابيب Batch و Streaming.
- خبرة عبر المنصات السحابية (Azure و AWS و/أو GCP) والتقنيات المحلية.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ حوكمة البيانات والجودة والأمان.
- مهارات ممتازة في سرد القصص، مع القدرة على ترجمة المفاهيم التقنية إلى قيمة تجارية.
- خبرة قوية في إعداد العروض التقديمية للعملاء ودراسات الجدوى وعروض Data & AI.
- فطنة تجارية واستشارية جيدة مع خبرة في تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية.
- خبرة في Dataiku ومنصات علوم البيانات ذات الصلة لتطوير وتنسيق وتشغيل حلول التحليلات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7+ سنوات في هندسة البيانات و/أو استشارات Data & AI.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة استشارية أو خدمات مهنية (مفضلة بشدة).
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو علوم البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تسليم المشاريع داخل مؤسسات كبيرة ومعقدة (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات اللغة العربية (مفضلة بشدة).
- إجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة).

You will work closely with clients across the Saudi market to translate business strategies into robust data engineering solutions, while contributing to client engagements, proposals, and wider practice growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data engineering solutions across multiple client engagements.
- Architect, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and data pipelines for analytics, BI, and AI use cases.
- Design and implement modern data architectures, including medallion and lakehouse patterns, across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop robust data models and pipelines ensuring performance, reliability, security, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analytics teams to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Support data modernization and migration initiatives, including legacy-to-cloud transitions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client materials including presentations, solution designs, and executive-level narratives.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, estimations, and commercial discussions.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to EY knowledge assets.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data engineering use cases.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and pipeline orchestration.
- Solid understanding of data platforms and modern engineering technologies.
- Deep knowledge of data architectures, including batch and streaming pipelines.
- Experience across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) and on-premise technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong experience preparing client presentations, business cases, and Data & AI proposals.
- Good business and commercial acumen with consulting delivery experience.
- Experience with Dataiku and related data science platforms for developing, orchestrating, and operationalizing analytics and AI solutions.
- 3-7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or Data & AI consulting.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience delivering projects within large, complex organizations is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
