تعلن شركة AbbVie عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة متدرب (Product Specialist Neuroscience intern) في منطقة مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إدارة العلاقات مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
- المساعدة في التخطيط قبل الزيارات، التحضير للزيارات، وتوثيق ما بعد الزيارات.
- المساهمة في مشاركة المعلومات المعتمدة عن المنتجات والجوانب السريرية مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والموظفين.
- دعم التعامل مع الأسئلة والاستفسارات الأساسية أثناء التفاعلات.
- المساعدة في تحديد وتتبع الرؤى السوقية ورؤى العملاء.
- التعرف على إرشادات الامتثال وسياسات شركة AbbVie والالتزام بها.
- بناء المعرفة بمجال المرض، المنتج، السوق، والمنافسين.
- التعرف على أفضل الممارسات من الفريق وتطوير المهارات للفرص المهنية المستقبلية.
- المساعدة في مراجعة التقارير والمعلومات الميدانية.
- المساعدة في تخطيط الزيارات لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية الرئيسيين.
- دعم تخطيط الزيارات، التتبع، والمهام الإدارية.
- العمل مع فريق المنطقة والأدوار الميدانية الأخرى لدعم احتياجات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الدراسات الصيدلانية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الاهتمام بتعلم مجال الرعاية الصحية وصناعة الأدوية.
- لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في الصناعة لهذا الدور التدريبي أو تخصص المنتج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم جيدة.
- الاستعداد للتعلم والتكيف.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- الاهتمام بالرعاية الصحية، المنتجات، واحتياجات العملاء.
- أخلاقيات عالية ونزاهة قوية.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare provider relationship management.
- Assist with pre-call planning, call preparation, and post-call documentation.
- Help share approved product and clinical information with healthcare providers and staff.
- Support handling basic questions and concerns during interactions.
- Assist in identifying and tracking market and customer insights.
- Learn and follow AbbVie compliance and company guidelines.
- Build knowledge of the disease area, product, market, and competitors.
- Learn best practices from the team.
- Develop skills and prepare for future career opportunities.
- Help review reports and field information.
- Assist in planning visits to key healthcare providers.
- Support call planning, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Work with the district team and other field roles to support business needs.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Interest in healthcare, products, and customer needs.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies or a related field.
- Interest in learning about healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
- No prior industry experience required for an intern role or product specialist but no need for experience.
