نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مسؤول سلامة مؤهل وفاعل لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة في عمليات مشاريعنا. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مراقبة الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش، وتحديد المخاطر، ودعم تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة الفعالة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أنشطة الموقع اليومية لضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات HSE.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للسلامة وتحديد المخاطر والممارسات غير الآمنة.
- إعداد وصيانة تقارير تفتيش السلامة، وقوائم المراجعة، وسجلات الحوادث.
- إجراء محادثات السلامة (Toolbox Talks) وجلسات التوعية للموظفين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- ضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) والامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة في الموقع.
- المساعدة في تقييم المخاطر، وتحليل سلامة الوظائف (JSA)، ومراجعة بيانات المنهجية (Method Statements).
- التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة (Near Misses) والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- مراقبة الاستعداد للطوارئ والمشاركة في التدريبات على الطوارئ.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- الحفاظ على وثائق السلامة وضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية السارية ومتطلبات المشروع.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي انتهاكات خطيرة للسلامة أو حوادث للإدارة المعنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (Occupational Health & Safety) أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة كمسؤول سلامة، ويفضل في مشاريع البناء، أو MEP، أو الهندسة.
- شهادات HSE ذات صلة مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو OSHA أو ما يعادلها (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (ثنائي اللغة).
- التوفر الفوري (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات HSE وتقييم المخاطر وممارسات السلامة في مكان العمل.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والملاحظة وإعداد التقارير.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقع/مشروع.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, checklists, and incident records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor emergency preparedness and participate in emergency drills.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and project requirements.
- Immediately report serious safety violations or incidents to the relevant management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably within construction, MEP, or engineering projects.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
- Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a site/project environment.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Immediate availability is preferred.
