شركة معادن (Ma'aden) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Geologist في السعودية، للعمل ضمن فريق الجيولوجيا في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة.
- المشاركة في تدريبات السلامة وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة.
- إجراء المسح الجيولوجي وأخذ العينات في المنجم المكشوف / تحت الأرض.
- المساعدة في جمع وتحليل البيانات الجيولوجية.
- إدارة (Sampler و Spotter) في الموقع، وجمع البيانات، وإعداد التقارير في نهاية الوردية.
- تنفيذ (Ore markups).
- الإشراف على (ROMPAD) لضمان تنفيذ خطة التصريف (bleeding plan).
- مساعدة (Superintendent Geologist) في التنبؤ بالتحكم في الدرجة (grade control) و (BMM) أو (OrePro) وتقارير العمليات اليومية للمنجم.
- مساعدة جيولوجي المنجم في تخطيط حفر (RC grade control drilling).
- إدارة موقع (RCGC) اليومي وضمان جودة العينات.
- إجراء تسجيل (RCGC) ومتابعة المختبر لإرسال العينات والتحقق من قاعدة البيانات.
- تقديم الخبرة الجيولوجية لضمان أفضل ممارسات التعدين.
- استخدام البرامج الجيولوجية لتحليل وتفسير البيانات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للنتائج الجيولوجية وإعداد التقارير.
- التعاون مع مهندسي التعدين وغيرهم من المهنيين في الموقع.
- جمع تقارير الجيولوجيا الأسبوعية وتجميعها في تقرير واحد إلى جانب بيانات العمليات الشهرية.
- الرسم الجيولوجي الخارجي وتفسير التراكيب الجيولوجية.
- رسم تطورات المنجم المكشوف / تحت الأرض وفقاً للمعايير المعتمدة.
- تفسير البيانات والمعلومات المجمعة، وتسجيل وأخذ عينات من اللب الصخري باستخدام التقنيات الجيولوجية المقبولة.
- دعم مطابقة النموذج-المنجم-المطحنة (model-mine-mill reconciliation) واستخدام النتائج لتحسين نماذج الموارد.
- مراقبة وتقييم وإعداد تقارير أداء التقارير المباشرة.
- مراقبة وتقييم وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات التقنية والتشغيلية الحالية في مجال علوم الأرض.
- متابعة مدفوعات المقاولين، بما في ذلك إعداد ومتابعة (PRs) و (POs) بالتنسيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة.
- مراجعة ومراقبة ميزانية القسم، وإجراء فحوصات الميزانية الشهرية، وإعداد تقارير الاستحقاق (monthly accruals).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا أو علوم الأرض (Earth Sciences Major).
- دورات في إجراءات التحكم في الدرجة (grade control procedures).
- خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في جيولوجيا المناجم.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي: تطبيقات MS Office وبرامج التعدين ذات الصلة مثل (SURPAC).

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct geological mapping and sampling of the open pit \ underground mine.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of geological data.
- Manage the sampler and the spotter on site, collect data, and write reports at the end of the shift.
- Perform Ore markups.
- ROMPAD supervision to make sure that the bleeding plan is executed
- Assist the Superintendent Geologist for the grade control prediction, BMM or OrePro and daily mine operation reporting
- Assist the mine geologist for RC grade control drilling planning
- Manage the daily RCGC site and make sure the sample quality is in place
- Perform RCGC logging, follow up with lab for sample dispatch and database validation.
- Provide geological expertise to ensure optimal mining practices.
- Use geological software to analyze and interpret data
- Maintain accurate records of geological findings and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with mining engineers and other professionals on site.
- Collect the weekly geology report and compile them into one report and monthly operations data.
- External mapping and interpretation of geological structures
- Maps open pit \ underground mine developments. in accordance with established standards.
- Interprets gathered data/information, logs and samples borehole drill cores utilizing accepted geological techniques.
- Support model-mine-mill reconciliation and use results to drive improvements in Resource Models.
- Monitor, evaluate and report the performance of direct reports.
- Monitor, evaluate and apply current industry technical and operational best practice in the field of geosciences.
- Follow up on contractor payments, including preparation and tracking of PRs and POs in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review and monitor the department budget, perform monthly budget checks, and prepare accrual reports (monthly accruals).
