نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم مهندس تدفق المواد فريق هندسة تدفق المواد في تخطيط ونشر أنظمة وعمليات اللوجستيات الداخلية للمصنع، والبنية التحتية لمناولة وتخزين المواد. يركز هذا الدور على تحليل وتحسين تدفقات اللوجستيات بدءًا من مواقف الشاحنات الواردة وصولاً إلى المستودعات الداخلية/الخارجية، ومن الرصيف إلى السوق، والتجميع، وأنظمة الاستدعاء/الترتيب الآلي، واستراتيجيات تغذية الأجزاء على خط الإنتاج. يساهم المهندس في تقديم حلول مرنة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة تمكّن الإنتاج السلس والتميز التشغيلي. المرشح المثالي يمتلك خبرة هندسية قوية وقدرة مثبتة على العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والفرق متعددة الوظائف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فريق هندسة لوجستيات عالي الأداء لتحليل وتصميم وتحسين أنظمة اللوجستيات الداخلية للمصنع بما في ذلك التخزين والنقل والتوزيع.
- قيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية مثل تصميم الشبكات، تخطيط السعة، نمذجة تكلفة الخدمة، وتحسين أداء اللوجستيات.
- تصميم وتحسين تخطيط المستودعات، أنظمة مناولة المواد، وتدفقات اللوجستيات باستخدام AutoCAD وأدوات المحاكاة والتحليل الهندسي.
- تقييم وتنفيذ تقنيات الأتمتة (مثل الناقلات، ASRS، AGVs، الروبوتات) لتعزيز الإنتاجية والإنتاجية.
- الشراكة مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف - العمليات، تقنية المعلومات، المشتريات، وشركات الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجية (3PLs) - لمواءمة استراتيجيات اللوجستيات عبر المؤسسة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البرمجيات، هندسة نظم المعلومات، هندسة الحاسوب والإلكترونيات، أو هندسة الكمبيوتر مع 5 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية.
- 4-7 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة السيارات أو هندسة تدفق المواد.
- سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في دور إشرافي أو قيادة فريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على تصميم وتحسين أنظمة تدفق المواد.
- الإلمام بأنظمة التصنيع الهزيل مثل TPS و WCM.
- خبرة في تقنيات الأتمتة وتحليل بيانات اللوجستيات.
- خبرة هندسية قوية وتنسيق فرق.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية واتصالية ممتازة.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في بيئة عالمية سريعة الوتيرة.
- عقلية استباقية موجهة نحو الحلول مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

You Will
- Collaborate with a high-performing logistics engineering team to analyze, design, and optimize in-plant logistics systems including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as network design, capacity planning, cost-to-serve modeling, and logistics performance improvements.
- Design and refine warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and logistics flows using AutoCAD, simulation tools, and engineering analysis.
- Evaluate and implement automation technologies (e.g., conveyors, ASRS, AGVs, robotics) to boost productivity and throughput.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-operations, IT, procurement, and 3PLs-to align logistics strategies across the organization.
- Manage RFPs and infrastructure investments for logistics assets, including new site development and facility expansion.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive lean logistics initiatives and support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
- Support new product introductions, plant launches, and business expansions with scalable logistics solutions.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and 5 years of professional experience
- 4-7 years of experience in the automotive industry or material flow engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven ability to design and optimize material flow systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing systems such as TPS and WCM.
- Exposure to automation technologies and logistics data analysis.
- Strong engineering and team coordination experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of sustainability practices and circular economy principles in packaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align material flow initiatives with broader business goals.
- A track record of supporting and developing high-performing teams.
