المهام والمسؤوليات
التخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها (QA/QC) لضمان امتثال مشاريع البناء والصناعة وإدارة المرافق للمعايير الداخلية ومتطلبات العملاء واللوائح التنظيمية. تشمل المهام اليومية تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الجودة، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبارات، وتوثيق حالات عدم المطابقة، وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية مع فرق المشروع. كما تشمل إجراء تدقيقات الجودة، والحفاظ على سجلات الجودة، والتعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتشغيل والمقاولين لتحسين العمليات والنتائج، وإعداد تقارير الجودة، ودعم تسليم المشاريع، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والسلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات

Role Description The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for planning and executing QA/QC activities to ensure that construction, industrial, and facility management projects comply with internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality plans, performing inspections and tests, documenting non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with project teams. The engineer will conduct quality audits, maintain quality records, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and subcontractors to improve processes and outcomes. The role also involves preparing quality reports, supporting project handover documentation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including developing and implementing QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Experience with Inspection activities, such as on-site inspections, testing, and verification of materials and workmanship.
- Competence in Quality Auditing and Quality Management, including conducting internal audits, managing non-conformities, and driving corrective actions.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in construction, industrial projects, or facility management environments, preferably within large-scale or multi-site operations.
- Knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO quality systems, industry codes, and local regulatory requirements).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, including collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to dynamic project environments, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
