مطلوب مفتش مراقبة جودة (QC Inspector) للعمل لدى شركة Napco National في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

استخدام فهم بيئة وأهداف أعمال قطاع NFP مع القدرة على تفسير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
التواصل وتقديم المعلومات في سياق الأعمال، شفوياً وكتابياً، بطريقة واضحة وموجزة وشاملة.
تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل/المشاريع لإنجاز المهام بكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
فهم واستخدام المعدات القياسية وأنظمة وأتمتة المكاتب والبرامج بشكل فعال.
معرفة أنواع الصيانة الفنية المختلفة وكيفية أدائها في NAPCO، والقدرة على تطبيق مراقبة الحالة وتقنيات الصيانة الوقائية الأساسية بشكل مستقل.
تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لقياس والتحكم في عملية مراقبة الجودة لضمان إنتاج منتجات بأعلى مستوى من الجودة وتحقيق أعلى مستوى من رضا العملاء.
تطبيق سياسات ولوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، والمعايير والإجراءات المحددة من NAPCO.
فهم وتفسير المتطلبات القانونية واللوائح والإجراءات الداخلية لحماية الأفراد والممتلكات ومنع خسائر السوق.
اختبار وتفتيش ومعايرة معلمات الآلات والعمليات المحددة مسبقاً في مختبرات مراقبة الجودة المختلفة، باستخدام معدات مختبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، مقابل حدود الأداء والمعايير القياسية ووفقاً للمعايير الهندسية/الإجرائية، بهدف كشف ومعالجة الانحرافات عن المواصفات والحدود القياسية، واستخدام البيانات لدفع تحسينات عمليات التصنيع والهندسة لتحقيق هذه المواصفات/المعايير.
إجراء أو توجيه تحليلات أسباب الجذور (Root Cause Analyses) للحوادث الجودة أو المنتجات غير المطابقة، واقتراح إجراءات وقائية و/أو تصحيحية.
فحص واختبار الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد الخام والمنتجات قيد التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية، باستخدام معدات مختبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، مقابل حدود الأداء والمعايير القياسية ووفقاً للمعايير الهندسية/الإجرائية لكشف ومعالجة الانحرافات.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
Communicate and deliver information in a business context, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
Knowledge of the different types of technical maintenance and how they are performed at NAPCO, and the ability to autonomously apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring & controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with the highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction.
Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards.
Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards to uncover and address deviations.
