Job Title: Last Mile Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of last-mile delivery personnel.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of performance.
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources.
• Monitor and adjust routes as needed to accommodate changes or challenges.
• Oversee the last-mile delivery process to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last-mile delivery.
• Implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure delivery vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Schedule routine maintenance and inspections.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, with a proven track record.
• Additional certification in Logistics Management or a relevant field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery processes, route optimization, logistics management and knowledge about Saudi geographic.
• Team management skills with the ability to provide guidance and support.
• Effective communication skills to address and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and technology to enhance delivery efficiency.
