We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join our healthcare facility and provide legal support across operational and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on healthcare operations, contracts, agreements, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare laws and regulations.
• Handle legal correspondence, claims, disputes, and related matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Valid Saudi Bar Association (SBA) Lawyer License.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
