تعلن شركة TÜV SÜD (المتخصصة في اختبار وتدقيق وفحص التكنولوجيا لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية) عن وظيفة منسق عمليات (Operation Coordinator - BLS) في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، بنظام العمل في الموقع (Onsite) وبصفة دائمة (Full-time).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق وتعيين المشاريع للمفتشين.
  • متابعة إنجاز التقارير ورفعها على بوابة التعاونية (Tawuniya).
  • دعم الفرق الأخرى في جميع الأقسام الفرعية مثل المفتشين، ومراقبة الجودة/ضمان الجودة، وفريق التصميم، وفريق المحاسبة.
  • إدارة مواعيد الزيارات ورفع تقارير الزيارات على بوابة التعاونية.
  • معالجة شكاوى العملاء وجهة التعاونية (Tawuniya).
  • التواصل مع العملاء عبر الرد على المكالمات والرسائل وتوجيههم إلى الفريق المسؤول وفقاً لقواعد TÜV SÜD.
  • إصدار عروض الأسعار لاختبارات عدم الإتلاف (Non-destructive test) أو اختبارات الإتلاف (Destructive test) أو إعادة دراسة التصميم.
  • رفع المشاريع الجديدة إلى أنظمة BLS وIMS.
  • ضبط المستندات وأرشفة جميع أنواع التقارير والمستندات الفنية والخطابات والضمانات من أي جهة مشاركة في الموقع.
  • رفع التقارير الأسبوعية إلى مشرف العمليات.
  • تنظيم الاجتماعات لجميع الأقسام الفرعية في BLS.
  • توثيق محاضر الاجتماعات وتعميم تعليمات العمل على جميع الأقسام الفرعية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم.
  • من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة.
  • خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office.
  • القدرة على إعداد تقارير ووثائق فنية مفصلة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.

YOUR TASK

  • Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors.
  • Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal.
  • Support the other teams in all sub-departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team.
  • Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal.
  • Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya.
  • Communicate with clients such as answering the calls & messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team according to TUV SUD rules.
  • Issuing Quotations for the Non-destructive test or Destructive test or Design re-study.
  • Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS.
  • Document control & archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters & warranties from any involved parties on site.
  • Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor.
  • Organizing the meetings for all sub-departments in BLS
  • Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub-departments

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • 1-3 Years of experience.
  • Microsoft office experince
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
