نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى District Manager مسؤولية التحسين المستمر لأداء المتاجر من خلال مراقبة الأداء وتحليله، واقتراح إجراءات التحسين، والإشراف على التنفيذ بما يتوافق مع توجيهات الإدارة العليا وأهداف المؤسسة. كما ينسق الوظائف الداخلية لتطوير والحفاظ على التآزر بين الإدارات وفقًا للاستراتيجية العامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان الحفظ السليم والاستفادة من أصول المتجر في الدولة وربحية المتاجر، وضمان زيارات للمتاجر المخصصة.
  • دعم تطوير المفهوم الوطني والإشراف على تطبيقه داخل الدولة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ السياسات المؤسسية لـ MAF Retail وضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة بالدولة.
  • ضمان تطبيق هيكل تشكيلة المنتجات وجودة عرض المنتجات.
  • دعم المشاريع الجديدة خلال مرحلة المشروع بأكملها وتنسيق التآزر بين الوظائف.
  • الحفاظ على الصورة الترويجية للمتاجر المخصصة.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ عملية إدارة الأداء من خلال تحديد الأهداف ومراقبة الأداء وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة وتقديم معلومات للإدارة العليا.
  • تقديم معلومات حول الاحتياجات التدريبية والتنسيق مع إدارة الموارد البشرية لضمان تلبية متطلبات التدريب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
  • خبرة 10 سنوات في دور مماثل، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في تجارة التجزئة (قطاع السوبرماركت).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات عالية مثبتة في إدارة الفريق.
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل التجاري والعرض التقديمي.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

JOB TITLE

District Manager - Carrefour | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA

Role Summary

The District Manager (Carrefour) is responsible for the continuous improvement of store performance by monitoring and analyzing the performance, suggesting improvement actions and control the implementation in line with the direction from senior management and organization objectives. The role holder is also responsible for coordinating internal functions to develop and maintain synergies between functions as per the overall strategy.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Ensure the proper conservation and utilization, and profitability of the store assets in the country and guarantee store visits in assigned stores
  • Support the development of the national concept and oversee its application within the country
  • Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail corporate policies and guarantee the implementation of all laws, regulations related to the operating country is correctly followed
  • Ensure the application of the product assortment structure and the quality of product presentation
  • Support new projects during the whole project phase and coordinate synergies between functions
  • Ensure the promotional image is maintained for the assigned stores
  • Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
  • Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required, MBA is a preference
  • 10 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in the retail (Supermarkets industry )
  • Demonstrated high level skills in team management
  • Good business communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
