شركة KBR، إحدى شركات حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة (STS)، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة فني كهرباء المستوى الثاني (Electrical Technician II) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة والإشراف والتنسيق لأعمال الصيانة اليومية لجميع أنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات والمرافق ضمن منطقة المسؤولية المحددة، مع التركيز على تنفيذ خطة الصيانة اليومية.
  • ضمان امتثال الفنيين وتطبيق إجراءات السلامة والجودة الخاصة بشركة SATORP أثناء تنفيذ أعمال صيانة الأجهزة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية متكررة للتحقق من التنفيذ السليم للعمل ومتابعة أنشطة الفنيين العاملين في أعمال الصيانة الروتينية.
  • قيادة الفنيين المكلفين في منطقته.
  • تلقي توجيهات العمل من مشرف الأجهزة فيما يتعلق بأوامر/طلبات صيانة أنظمة الأجهزة وترجمة هذه التوجيهات إلى إجراءات.
  • متابعة تقدم أعمال صيانة الأجهزة وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم مع التوصيات إلى مشرف الأجهزة، وحفظ سجل الأعمال اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخطط لها وإعداد تقارير إنجاز العمل عند الاقتضاء.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مشرف الأجهزة لتقديم وتنفيذ التغييرات التي تهدف إلى تحسين توفر وموثوقية أنظمة الأجهزة ضمن منطقة المسؤولية.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ التعديلات والتحسينات الهندسية على معدات الأجهزة من خلال تقديم توصيات لزيادة ملاءمة وقابلية خدمة أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • فرض سياسات وإجراءات ولوائح SATORP والتأكد من مراعاة جميع تدابير السلامة والاحتياطات أثناء أعمال الصيانة الميدانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع شهادة دبلوم.
  • حيازة شهادة اعتماد سارية صادرة من جهة اعتماد معترف بها تابعة لجهة خارجية أو معهد سعودي معتمد، تثبت المؤهلات والكفاءة لأداء الأعمال.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة منشآت النفط والغاز.
  • مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة مع المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.
  • القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • المرونة للسفر دولياً والعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأجهزة.
  • معرفة جيدة بتصميم وتركيب وصيانة معدات الأجهزة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهروهيدروليكية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية وإجراءات العمل.
  • معرفة قوية بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح المتعلقة بالحفاظ على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين قوية.
  • القدرة على أداء العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
  • التآزر والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • ضمان أن يكون لدى الأفراد المهارات والتدريب وجميع الموارد والمعدات والأدوات اللازمة لأداء أعمال الصيانة الروتينية بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وفقاً لشروط العقد.

Responsibilities

  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan
  • Ensure that technician complies and applied SATORP's Safety and Quality procedures, during the execution of Instrument maintenance activities.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead and Technicians assigned to his area.
  • Receive work directions from the Instrument foreman in relation to
  • Instrument systems maintenance orders/requests and ensure translating these directions into actions.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Work closely with Instrument foreman in recommending and implementing changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of
  • Instrument/instrument systems within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Enforce SATORP’s policies, procedures and regulations and ensure that all safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and taken care of during conducting onsite maintenance works.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Synergic and Capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Good commands oral and written English.
  • Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
