The Job Holder is responsible to Develop, Plan and Manage Flynas Cloud Strategy to ensure Smooth transition to Cloud computing as per the Business Requirements to achieve Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy, Processes, Procedures and systems

• Develop and Manage Cloud Strategy and lead the adoption process for smooth transition.
• Propose & implement and enforce policies and procedures of the cloud function to improve the overall operation and effectiveness.
• Lead the diagnosis of complex problems, Identify the root causes and develop and implement solutions to sustain the change.

Situational Responses & Problem Solving

Independently Analyze the Situations, diagnose the root-causes and develop & implement the solution to ensure that all immediate situations are responded on timely manners to avoid business risks.

Cloud Computing

• - Design and develop cloud-based architectures that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• - Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, azure or google Cloud based on the organization's needs and industry best practices.
• - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud native applications, leveraging cloud services, containers and serverless computing.
• - Define and enforce cloud governance frameworks, policies and best practices to ensure compliance, security and optimized resource utilization.
• - Provide guidance and expertise in cloud migration strategies, including assessing on-premises infrastructure, planning migration paths, and executing smooth transitions to the cloud.

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct the research benchmarking and study best practices, plan and implement the improvements to ensure Flynas poses best practices and technologies for better business performance.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of processes & systems and facilitating project teams; offering recommendations for sustainable improvements.
• Support to adopt the industry standard/best practices to support business scalability and significant business growth in the coming years.
