تعلن شركة TÜV SÜD عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي (Electrical Engineer) في جدة، للعمل ضمن فريق السكك الحديدية وأنظمة النقل وركوب الخيل الترفيهية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اختبار وفحص جميع أنواع ألعاب الركوب الترفيهية، من التصاميم القياسية إلى النماذج الأولية والإنشاءات الجديدة، بما في ذلك الأفعوانيات والدوارات والأبراج وغيرها، للتأكد من مطابقتها للقواعد واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- تقييم المستندات الفنية من حيث السلامة الوظيفية والكهربائية.
- اختبار شامل للأجهزة والبرامج الخاصة بالجزء المتعلق بالسلامة في أنظمة التحكم لألعاب الركوب ذات الأنظمة المعقدة.
- تقييم وتحليل المخاطر حسب ISO 13849 و IEC 62061.
- إجراء فحوصات مستقلة شاملة على الألعاب الدوارة والأفعوانيات وأجهزة المحاكاة، وتقييم أي انحرافات وفقًا للمعايير الحالية.
- اختبارات القبول للأنظمة المعقدة فيما يتعلق بالتركيبات الكهربائية والسلامة الوظيفية.
- استخدام طرق قياس معقدة لتقييم خصائص النظام (مقاومة الحلقة، العزل، فصل التيار المتبقي RCD، إلخ).
- تقييم شامل للألعاب والأجهزة المعقدة بناءً على معرفة واسعة بالسياقات متعددة التخصصات ذات الصلة.
- تقييم واختبار الواجهات (الهوائية، الهيدروليكية، الميكانيكية، إلخ) والوظائف ضمن فريق العمل.
- إنجاز مهام تستند إلى معايير تقييم مطورة خصيصًا لتقييم أو تصميم الأنظمة والمرافق، بالاستناد إلى قواعد ولوائح من تخصصات مختلفة أو عن طريق القياس من قواعد غير قابلة للتطبيق المباشر، بالإضافة إلى وضع المواصفات وفقًا لأحدث المستويات التقنية.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال مشابه.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات.
- معرفة بتقييم المخاطر وفقًا لـ ISO 12100.
- معرفة بأجهزة التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLC).
- معرفة بالهيدروليك والهوائيات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- منهج عمل متعدد التخصصات.
- مؤهلات إضافية (اختيارية): مهندس سلامة وظيفية وفقًا لـ ISO 13849.
- معرفة بأجهزة التحكم المنطقية الآمنة القابلة للبرمجة (Failsafe PLC).
- إجادة لغة أجنبية أخرى.

- Testing and examination of all types of amusement rides, from standard designs to pro-totypes and new constructions, including roller coasters, carousels, tower rides and other amusement park or traveling rides for compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Evaluation and assessment of technical documents with regard to functional and electri-cal safety
- Comprehensive testing of hardware and software for the safety-relevant part of control systems for rides with complex systems
- Assessment and evaluation of risk analyses according to ISO 13849 and IEC 62061
- Carrying out independent thorough examinations on e.g. roundabouts, roller coasters and simulators as well as evaluating any deviations found in compliance with current stand-ards
- Acceptance tests on complex systems with regard to electrical installation and functional safety
- Competent use of complex measurement methods to evaluate the system characteristics (Loop impedance, insulation, RCD tripping etc.)
- Comprehensive assessments of complex rides and devices, based on broad knowledge of relevant, interdisciplinary contexts
- Evaluate and test interfaces (pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, etc.) and functions in teamwork
- Tasks with additionally developed evaluation criteria for the assessment and / or concep-tual design of systems and facilities

- Bachelor degree in electrical-, automation-, mechatronics engineering or similar specialised areas
