نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • إدارة حلول النسخ الاحتياطي ومراقبة العمليات ودعم الأدوات لتحقيق الرؤية المستهدفة للبنك.
  • دعم العمليات اليومية (BAU/EOD/SOD) والتحكم في جميع تطبيقات البرامج بما في ذلك الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية وتطبيقات الخزانة والأنظمة الأخرى باستخدام إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • ضمان مراقبة جميع أنظمة الأعمال والتطبيقات للتوافر، والحفاظ على عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي وتحديثها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم خدمات التنفيذ، نشر الإصدارات/التكوين، المراقبة والدعم على أداة النسخ الاحتياطي القائمة على منتجات EMC Networker.
  • خدمات المراقبة والدعم على أداة الجدولة القائمة على منتجات BMC Control-M وحل النسخ الاحتياطي القائم على منتجات DELL EMC Networker.
  • الدعم الفني وإدارة أداة النسخ الاحتياطي (والإضافات المرتبطة بها) بما يتطلب التحقيق والتقييم وحل مشكلات الدعم التي قد تشمل تصميم وبناء وتعديل جداول الدفعات.
  • الدعم الفني لأداة الأتمتة (والإضافات المرتبطة بها) بما يتطلب التحقيق والتقييم وحل مشكلات الدعم التي قد تشمل تصميم وبناء وتعديل تكوين الوظائف.
  • التخطيط والتنفيذ لتحسينات النظام الإضافية بما في ذلك الترقيات.
  • صيانة معايير التنفيذ ووثائق الدعم لضمان الحفاظ على مستويات الخدمة المناسبة.
  • العمل والتفاعل مع مختلف إدارات تقنية المعلومات لجمع متطلبات الأعمال والاحتياجات لضمان أن تدفق نهاية اليوم و/أو عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي/الاستعادة تلبي توقعاتهم.
  • مراقبة/تحليل/دعم عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي/الاستعادة، وإبلاغ المشكلات للفريق المختص. ضمان معالجة النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات البنك.
  • المراقبة/التحليل/الدعم اليومي لـ EOD لجميع البيئات، وإبلاغ المشكلات/الإحصائيات/التحليلات لفرق الدعم الوظيفي لأنظمة تقنية المعلومات الرئيسية داخل القسم.
  • مراقبة أنظمة الأعمال والمعاملات المصرفية والتأكد من أن جميع الأنظمة قيد التشغيل وتعمل في جميع الأوقات، وإبلاغ المشكلات للفريق المختص داخل قسم تقنية المعلومات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات (أو مجال ذي صلة)، أو خبرة معادلة.
  • الشهادات المهنية: شهادات Control-M ميزة إضافية، شهادات NetWorker ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في عمليات مركز البيانات أو المجالات ذات الصلة في أتمتة الوظائف / عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي / مراقبة الأنظمة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم أنظمة تشغيل Windows وUnix وLinux.
  • معرفة مثبتة بعمليات وإجراءات تشغيل تقنية المعلومات.
  • فهم أدوات أتمتة/جدولة الوظائف/الدفعات، ويفضل Control-M.
  • إلمام عام بتقنيات البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، الطوبولوجيا والبروتوكولات بما في ذلك الخوادم والتخزين والنسخ الاحتياطي والشبكات، وخبرة في تشغيل برامج النسخ الاحتياطي، ويفضل Networker.
  • الإلمام بأدوات المراقبة المختلفة مثل SCOM أو DynaTrace ميزة إضافية.
  • تحفيز عالي مع القدرة على قيادة الفريق.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابية وشفهية مع القدرة على التفاعل مع الفريق.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

Job Purpose :

Backup Solutions Administration and Operations Monitoring, support and drive these tools towards bank’s Targeted Vision.

Support daily operations BAU / EOD / SOD and control of all software applications including core banking, treasury applications and other systems using standard operating procedures.

Ensure all Business systems and applications are monitored for availability and backup operations are maintained and UpToDate.

 

Key Accountabilities:


  • The main responsibility is to deliver Implementation, Release Deployment/Configuration, Monitoring and support services on the Backup Tool which is based on EMC Networker Products.
  • Monitoring and support services on the Scheduling Tool which is based on BMC Control-M Products and the Backup Solution which is based on DELL EMC Networker Products.
  • Technical Support and Administration of the Backup Tool (and its related plug-ins) requiring investigation, assessment and resolution of support issues which may involve the design, build and modification of batch schedules.
  • Technical Support of the Automation Tool (and its related plug-ins) requiring investigation, assessment and resolution of support issues which may involve the design, build and modification of job configuration.
  • Planning and implementation of further system enhancements including upgrades.
  • Maintenance of implementation standards and support documentation to ensure that adequate service levels can be maintained.
  • Work and interact with different IT Departments to gather Business requirements and needs to ensure EOD Flow and/or backup/restore operations are up to their satisfaction.
  • Monitoring/Analysis/Support Backup/Restore Operations, and report issues to concerned team. Ensuring Data Backup is handled as per the Bank's Policies and Procedures.
  • Daily Monitor/Analysis/Support to EOD of all environments. Primarily reports issues/statistics/analysis to the functional support teams of key IT systems within the IT department.
  • Monitoring Business Systems and Bank Transactions and make sure all systems are up and functioning at all time, reporting issues to concerned team within IT department.




    • Qualifications, Experience and Skills

     Qualifications:

    A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems (or a related field), or equivalent experience is required.

    Professional Certifications:
    • Control-M certifications is a plus
    • NetWorker certifications is a plus


     

    Experience:

    5+ years of experience in Datacenter Operations or related fields in Job Automation / Backup Operation / Systems Monitoring

    Skills:
    • Understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux Servers operating systems
    • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Operations processes and procedures
    • Understanding of jobs/batches Automation/Scheduling tools. Control-M is a plus
    • General awareness of IT Infrastructure technologies, topologies and protocols including servers, storage, backup, networks etc. and exposure to operations of backup software, Networker is a plus
    • Familiarity with different monitoring tools, SCOM or DynaTrace is a plus
    • Highly motivated with the team leadership.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the team
    • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Must be self-driven, curious and creative.
    • Should be confident, energetic self-starters, with strong moderation and communication skills.
