بنك الخليج الدولي يعلن عن وظيفة ETL Lead في الخبر، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

إنشاء وتوسيع بنية مستودع البيانات (EDW) وتحسين نموذج المستودع (DWH)، وبناء خطوط بيانات ومعالجة البيانات لتحسين أنظمة البيانات وبنائها من الصفر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة خدمات البيانات والواجهات وخطوط البيانات اللحظية باستخدام التقنيات الحالية والجديدة وأساليب هندسة البيانات.
  • المشاركة كمهندس رئيسي في المشاريع والمساعدة في جلسات التواصل/التعاون مع العملاء.
  • تصميم وتطوير واختبار سير العمل/خطوط البيانات والمخططات/الاستخلاصات وتحويل البيانات لضمان سلامة البيانات بين المصدر والهدف والأنظمة الأخرى.
  • تعزيز استراتيجية إدارة البيانات من خلال اكتساب وتخزين مصادر بيانات جديدة من داخل المؤسسة وخارجها.
  • الترجمة بين الجوانب التقنية والتجارية؛ القدرة على التواصل مع العملاء غير التقنيين وتبسيط التقنية لهم والعكس.
  • المساهمة الفعالة في تبني ممارسات تطوير وهندسة بيانات قوية وتبني التقنيات الجديدة.
  • تنظيم واستيعاب كميات كبيرة من المعلومات المعقدة.
  • تطوير وإدارة العلاقات مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة على المستوى التنفيذي والمتوسط لفهم احتياجات التقارير ولوحات المعلومات وكيفية تعديلها أو إضافتها.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق تقني محدث مع تقديم حلول تقنية وأثر تجاري مستمر.
  • بناء البنية التحتية اللازمة للاستخراج والتحويل والتحميل الأمثل للبيانات من مصادر متنوعة باستخدام SQL وتقنيات التكامل الأخرى.
  • خبرة واسعة في تقنيات إدارة البيانات المتقدمة مثل جودة البيانات (DQ)، إدارة البيانات الرئيسية (MDM)، إدارة البيانات الوصفية، ونمذجة البيانات.
  • العمل عن كثب مع بنية البيانات والوحدات الأخرى لتحديد استراتيجية ومعايير تكامل البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، علوم الحاسب، علم البيانات، نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال البنوك والتكنولوجيا.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في نظم المعلومات الإدارية، علوم الحاسب، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (أو خبرة معادلة).
  • خبرة عمل من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال هندسة البيانات.
  • خبرة عمل من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المنتجات والخدمات المصرفية والمؤسسات المالية.
  • خبرة وخلفية تقنية في تقنيات وأدوات تكامل البيانات مثل Microsoft SSIS، Talend، Informatica.
  • خبرة وخلفية تقنية في قواعد البيانات العلائقية، مستودعات البيانات، ولغة معالجة البيانات (SQL) وتقنيات النمذجة المختلفة، وخاصة النمذجة البعدية.
  • خبرة في معالجة البيانات المتدفقة واللحظية باستخدام تقنيات مثل Spark، Kafka، ksqlDB ومعرفة أفضل الممارسات في نشر هذه المنصات في بيئة الإنتاج.

Job Purpose:

 

To create and expand our data EDW architecture, as well as optimizing the DWH model. For Data pipeline building and data wrangling for optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining data services, interfaces, and real-time data pipelines via the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies and data engineering techniques

2. Participate as lead engineer on projects and assist in communication/collaboration sessions with clients.

3. Design, develop and test data workflows/pipelines, schemas/extracts and data transformation to ensure integrity in data between source to target and other downstream systems.

4. Enhance, augment, and shape our data management strategy by acquiring and warehousing new data sources from inside and outside the organization.

5. Translate from technical to business, and vice versa. You need to be able to speak with the least technically-minded client (internal or external) and make technology make sense to them. Then turn around and do it the other way.

6. Actively contribute to the adoption of strong data engineering architecture, development practices, and new technologies.

7. Highly organized; able to organize and assimilate large quantities of complex information

8. Proactively develop and manage relationships with various stakeholders at the senior level and middle management level of the organization to understand reporting/Dashboards needs and requirements, including how they would like to change, modify, or add to a reporting load

9. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation while continuously delivering technical solutions and business impacts.

10. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and other integration technologies.

11. Extensive experience in advance data management techniques like DQ, MDM, Metadata management, Data Modelling.

12. Work closing with data architecture and other units to define clear data integration strategy and standards.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Professional Certifications

 

Experience

5-8 Years in banking and technology

Skills

·         BS or master’s in management information system, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience to substitute for education)

·         Minimum 5 to 8 years’ work experience in Data Engineering field.

·         Minimum 3 to 5 years’ work experience in Banking and financial institutions products & services.

·         Experience and technical background in Data Integration Technology and tools (like but not limited to: Microsoft SSIS, Talend, Informatica)

·         Experience and technical background in Relational Databases, Data Warehouses and Data Manipulation Language DML (SQL) and various modelling techniques, especially dimensional modelling.

·         Expertise in streaming & real-time data processing using a technology like Spark, Kafka, ksqlDB etc. and best practices on production deployment of these platforms
