شركة Bechtel Corporation (بكتل كوربوريشن) تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Field Civil Engineer (مهندس مدني ميداني أول) في رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون الموقع في مدينة رأس الخير الصناعية، ويتولى شاغل الوظيفة قيادة الأنشطة الهندسية المدنية والإنشائية في الموقع وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية في الموقع وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات العميل والمعايير السارية.
- تقديم الإشراف الفني على أعمال الحريات والتسوية والحفر والركائز والأساسات والخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية والمرافق تحت الأرض والطرق والصرف والأعمال البحرية أو الواجهة المائية.
- مراجعة المقدمات الفنية ورسومات الورش ووثائق مراقبة الميدان (FCDs) وطلبات المعلومات/الاستفسارات الفنية (RFIs/TQs) وبيانات الطرق وخطط الفحص والاختبار وطلبات المواد وحزم العمل الإنشائي.
- حل المشكلات الميدانية المعقدة وإدارة الواجهات بين فرق الهندسة والإنشاء والجودة والمشتريات والتشغيل والعميل والأطراف الثالثة.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين الفرق المدنية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم (I&C) والجودة والمشتريات والتشغيل وفرق العميل.
- دعم مراجعات قابلية الإنشاء وحزم العمل وتقييمات المخاطر والتحكم بالتغييرات الميدانية وتسلسل الأعمال واستعادة الجدول الزمني والاختبار وإغلاق قوائم النقاط (punch-list) والتسليم.
- إجراء مراجعات قابلية الإنشاء للتصاميم في مراحل دورة الحياة المختلفة (30%، 60%، 90% إلخ).
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والمراقبة على الجودة (Quality Surveillance Inspections) بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير ومتابعة الإغلاق.
- مراقبة تنفيذ المقاولين ودفع الامتثال لمتطلبات البيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية (ESH) والجودة والعقد والمشروع.
- توجيه كوادر الهندسة الميدانية وتعزيز المساءلة والتعاون والدروس المستفادة والتحسين المستمر.
- المعرفة باختبارات الطرف الثالث للمواد المدنية (3rd Party testing on civils materials).
- المعرفة بعمليات المصانع فيما يتعلق بالخرسانة والإسفلت.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في الهندسة الميدانية أو من 12 إلى 14 سنة في تشييد البنى التحتية المدنية الثقيلة والمنشآت الصناعية.
- خبرة ميدانية مدنية تصاعدية في مشاريع صناعية أو بنى تحتية أو طرق أو مرافق أو مياه أو بحرية أو إنشاءات ثقيلة كبرى، بما في ذلك مسؤولية قيادية أو أولى.
- معرفة إنشائية قوية بأعمال الحريات والأساسات والخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية والخدمات تحت الأرض والطرق وشبكات الصرف.
- خبرة في إدارة الواجهات متعددة التخصصات وترجمة المتطلبات الهندسية إلى حلول ميدانية عملية.
- خبرة في دعم عمليات التفتيش والاختبار وسجلات الجودة والإنجاز والتسليم وإغلاق المشروع.
- معرفة عملية بمعايير ACI وASTM وAISC وAASHTO وكود البناء السعودي ومعايير الهيئة الملكية ومواصفات المشروع.
- إجادة استخدام الأدوات ذات الصلة مثل Oracle Unifier وPrimavera P6 وMicrosoft Project وNavisworks ومراجعة نماذج BIM وPower BI وMicrosoft 365.
- خبرة في: التطورات الصناعية الكبرى - الأعمال المدنية الثقيلة والبنى التحتية - المرافق والخدمات تحت الأرض - الطرق وشبكات الصرف - الأعمال البحرية والواجهة المائية - الخرسانة والهياكل الفولاذية - الإشراف على المقاولين والقيادة الميدانية - برامج الإنجاز والتسليم.

Project Overview
Jubail is one of Bechtel’s most remarkable achievements-a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logistical planning on an unprecedented scale. It is one of the biggest civil engineering projects in modern times-and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s.
Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company (SABCO) serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local architect/engineering (AE) firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2026, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port and pipeline expansions, and more.
This position is designated as Single Status only

Job Summary
Site-based in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, supporting active construction across multiple project areas.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural field engineering activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
- Provide technical oversight for earthworks, grading, excavation, piling, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, underground utilities, roads, drainage, and marine or waterfront works.
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, FCDs, RFIs/TQs, method statements, inspection and test plans, material requests, and construction work packages.
- Resolve complex field issues and manage interfaces across Engineering, Construction, Quality, Procurement, Commissioning, Operations, 3rd Parties and the Customer
- Coordinate interfaces across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Construction, Quality, Procurement, Commissioning, and client teams.
- Support constructability reviews, work packaging, risk assessments, field change control, sequencing, schedule recovery, testing, punch-list closure, and turnover.
- Provide constructability reviews for design at the various life cycle stages, 30/60/90% etc.
- Carry out Quality Surveillance Inspections, including the production of reports for dissemination and follow up on closures
- Monitor contractor execution and drive compliance with ESH, quality, contractual, and project requirements.
- Mentor field engineering personnel and promote accountability, collaboration, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of 3rd Party testing on civils materials.
- Knowledge of plant operations in respect to Concrete and Asphalt.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of field engineering experience or 12-14 years of experience in the construction of heavy civils infrastructure and industrial facilities.
- Progressive civil field engineering experience on major industrial, infrastructure, roads, utilities, water, marine, or heavy construction projects, including senior or lead responsibility
- Strong construction knowledge of earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, underground services, roads, and drainage systems
- Experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and translating engineering requirements into practical field execution solutions
- Experience supporting inspections, testing, quality records, completion, turnover, and project closeout.
- Working knowledge of applicable ACI, ASTM, AISC, AASHTO, Saudi Building Code, Royal Commission standards, and project specifications. Proficiency with relevant tools such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Navisworks, BIM/model review, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
